    I purchased a 2015 Jeep Cherokee on May 19th from Walser Nissan Wayzata and the battery completely died on June 9th. I called them too see if they can... take some responsibilities for this issue and they blame everything on me. I just drive to go to work and didn't even use the radio and AC a lot. Car salesman Jake Miller told me everything was inspected and the battery would last even though I told him the head lights were kind of dim. I would recommend having the car inspected by a third party before you purchase a car because they won't take any responsibilities for any issues after you drive the car off the parking lot.

    We purchased a 2016 Murano in January, and their up front pricing was misleading at best. The price dropped while talking with the salesman, only to rise... again because they forgot to tell us a key fob was missing, and that would cost $200.00. Our low mileage (33k) Honda trade in was also low balled. Love our Nissan, not so much this dealer.

    Craig - I sincerely apologize for any misunderstandings that made you feel we were dishonest in any way. Every non-certified vehicle comes with one ke...y. I understand not every customer wants a second key for an additional price, and I'm sorry that wasn't communicated more effectively. We price our vehicles and evaluate trade-ins based on current market conditions, vehicle condition, availability, and other market research. Our records show pricing on the vehicle at that time was aggressive and lower than the competition based on the one key.     I found the car that i wanted and did all of the paperwork to buy the car with me doing my own financing through my credit union. The deal in order to... take delivery of the car they asked me to write out a check that they told me they would hold until the check arrived from the credit union (I was preapproved with the letter from the credit union stating this). this was Friday on Tuesday the check from the Credit Union arrived at the dealership and was signed for by their personnel and the same day they Deposited the check i wrote and cashed the check from the credit union. well i do not keep 13K in my checking account so needless to say the check was returned and i incurred an overdraft charge from my bank. I contacted my sales person and he said that they would make sure that i was reimbursed for their mistake i've contacted 2x and keep getting the same thing "yes we will reimburse you for that". its been over a month now and still have not seen a reimbursement check for 37.00 for the overdraft that was entirely their fault. so if doing your own financing beware of giving a check to cover the vehicle. the buying process went great and the sales people were very friendly and they were even able to deliver my car to my home for me. I've bought 4 vehicles from walser automotive and this is the first problem that i have ever had with them. guess i might be looking at a different dealer if they can't follow through on what they say there going to do!!

    There's nothing wrong with this Nissan Dealer, really. Not a fan of big places that seem friendly, but you are left feeling like you are in a museum. Cold,... sterile and institutional would be how I would describe them. Salespeople were accommodating, but requests about varying details of a purchase were not answered, and when pushed they didn't smile anymore. They really don't like to say NO, just a bunch of warm (yet, cold) words, that come from a memorized sales sheet. Really, if you could come up with a robot to do their work, it would fit in nicely here. Going to small dealerships, family-owned dealerships, and those that have a charm by looking 10-20-30 years old and is what makes me feel like buying a car there. Analogy: Going to grandma's is fun, going to rich, picky Uncle Johns house is not. You don't want to touch anything. At this Nissan dealer I just didn't fell the thrill of buying anything.

    This is the way car buying should be. Traded in my Nissan Rogue for a Nissan Murano. I've had many vehicles and been to many dealerships across the twin... cities; I can honestly say Wayzata Nissan is THE BEST !!! Sales and finance staff worked with me like it was their vehicle they were buying. I didn't have the best credit and no money down, but they got me a fantastic new car at a lot lower payment than I was expecting. They went out of their way to help me. I trust them 100% !!!!! I would send my grandmother there. Thanks again Rudy C !!!!!
