We visited this dealership last week and after test driving few cars,we ended up getting a 2009 BMW 328xi that we liked it the best. They were patient... enough to get few cars moved to let us test drive 3 different cars,nice showroom and waiting area with Air conditions running and TV while we were waiting to get an approval from USAA. So far no problem with the car that came with 6 months limited warranty.
I bought a car on the 23rd of 09/23/2019 i bought a 2011 kia Sorento. 2 days later the alternator went out they charged me 240 to replace it. Six days... later the check engine light came on. i took it to the Kia dealership for a diagnostic $189. this car had so many issues!! needed a engine mount, timing chain, 3 sensors in the transmission going out so the car was now having issues going in reverse. i took the car back to the dealership and showed them the diagnostic... He laughed in my face and stated "YOU BOUGHT THIS CAR AS IS" They knew that had that check engine light reset which is illegal!!! they sold this car to me knowing they never listed all its issues!!!! I called the cops and will now take the case to small claims. BUYERS BEWARE
I had a great experience buying my Lexus ES-350 from Atlanta Prestige last year. I was an out of State costumer who saw their car listed for sale on their... company’s website. I have purchased two cars from this dealership and it has been the best car buying experience both times. We bought a pre owned BMW 335i last year and... my daughter totaled that car last month,We bought a Lexus last week from Atlanta Prestige,They always provide superior customer service and offer the best used cars in town. Mike and Jason stand by their word and they are always helpful,they've always helped us getting our cars serviced or when we need new tires,batteries or other parts even for our cars that we didn't purchase from them,they helped us getting them for their discounted price from their trusted parts stores.Best thing about these guys,they always answer my phone call and my text messages even if they are busy and they have professional mechanics always performing right Diagnosing.we are going back next week to buy a Landrover Rangerover HSE for my wife,We got the car checked out yesterday and it's great but we are waiting for our tax refund :(( Will get you updated.....
This place is a joke with rusted cars that need to be jump started. The employees don't want to sell cars. When I went there were no other customers and... i still had to wait an extended period just to get crappy service.
I was desperate and had what should have been the easiest sale in auto sale history. Instead I ended up leaving in a Lyft after 5 wasted hours. The "sales... man" was more focused on selling me marajuana than the details of the car. He ended up quitting after arguing with fellow staff in front of me. My sale wasn't completed and their "finance guy" told me to come back in 2 days because his family was at home waiting for him. The facility was a mess. I had to park at the bar next door because the lot was jam packed with cars, with no organization. Every car I was interested in needed a jump from a little jumper cable box just to test the engine. According to Kelly Blue book they were charging me $3,000 more than market value. The first impression was important. When my wife and I entered the business owner did not stand to greet us, and barely looked up from his computer. He asked what we were looking for, told us how many he had, then continued his phone call in a different language. I should have went with my gut feeling and left after that "warm welcome". I wouldn't have wasted my Saturday.
Excellent car buying experience. I purchased a '14 Kia Forte a few weeks back and discovered that the rear window didn't roll down and there was a problem... with the door locking mechanism for the rear driver side door. Jason and Alex went above and beyond not only when we first purchased the car but also when we alerted them of this problem. They fixed the problem and saved me over $600 in doing so. I am extremely satisfied with my experience. Jason was not a pushy salesman at all and there wasn't any pressure put on us to make a purchase. It was an excellent experience and I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase.
