Poor after-sales services

I came for a possibility of a tire patching, and I couldn’t believe I got confronted for a low rating I previously gave to the service department (more or less a month ago). Two days ago I was also here for a low tire pressure concern. It was around 4:00 PM on a Saturday. I was expecting for at least even the lowest dose of compassion for the tire to get air as common sense would dictate that driving with a low-pressure tire is unsafe, plus it makes the driver uncomfortable and uneasy, especially for people like me whose inclination is not really on matters about cars. My Subaru tires use nitrogen that is why I made the effort to drive to this Subaru Center where I bought the car just nearly a year ago. Instead of offering air to resolve my tire concern, I was told to come back on any regular business days and hours! No concern at all even if I am driving with a flat tire. It’s not even years after I bought my first ever Subaru car and these are all the after-sales experiences I am already getting. I love my Subaru car, but this Subaru center got me questioning about quality after-sales services.

Car not there!

Was looking for a specific car. Called to inquire if it was available. I was told it was. Drove 2 hours to look at car. When I arrived the salesman couldn’t find the key or the car. Another salesman came up and said he had sold the car 3 days earlier. The salesman then proceeded to try to sell me a car that was much more expensive.

Customer

This is by far is the worst car buying exoerience yet. Car purchased in July, still riding with temporary tags. Amanda was no help the general sales manager, neither was the general manager Chris. Voice mails or emails ignored. Once they have your check you can forget any and everything else. Kristin was the worst experience of all, she did not get my tags but implied it was my fault. Buyers beware!!!

Horrible experience! Do not do business with them!

Horrible horrible experience! The dealer quoted me an out-the-door price, we made a deal and started the process. They knew it was an out of state sale when the out the door price was finalized. Everything was finalized by phone/text. After finalizing the price, the next day the general manager Amanda says she cannot go through with the sale. Both Amanda and the general manager Chris were extremely rude, impolite and completely unprofessional. Definitely not trustworthy. I would caution anybody doing an out of state sale to be wary of this dealership. Truly a horrible nightmarish experience. Do not do business with them if you have a choice!!

Terrible Customer Service After Purchase

One of the worst customer service buying experiences I've ever had. Two months after purchase I still have not received my plates and parts that I was told would be two weeks at max. Upon reaching out time and time again, no response from anyone. Multiple messages left to multiple managers and no response. I would not buy from them again considering the hassle it has been to get them to come through with anything on their part of the deal.

Quick and Seamless Buying Process

Working with Brett and the team was such an easy process. I am a new VW driver and always loved what I've heard about the cars, but stayed where I was comfortable. Working with this team they made me feel like family. Will probably only buy VW moving forward and it will be at this dealership

Shopping for New Subaru Accent

Amanda Sisk, Angelo as well as Mr Brown in finance made the entire process a pleasant process. They all were extremely professional and courteous. Well done.

Ourisman Volkswagen of Waldorf (Brett Alexander)

Brett Alexander of Ourisman Volkswagen of Waldorf was wonderful to work with. He made the process so easy and provided excellent customer service. We traveled three hours away to buy our vehicle. From start to finish he gave us a great deal, had the vehicle ready for us to test drive and the finance department was very quick and efficient with their paperwork. We are very satisfied with our experience at Ourisman Volkswagen of Waldorf. We highly recommend Brett Alexander.

Hard to do better than near perfect.

Amanda and Michael and Misha and the Ourisman Subaru team made this one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I've ever had. I really need to do a shout out to Michael and how he almost intuitively got to knowing what would work for us. He is the singular reason we were able to get to yes so quickly. I'm very happy to be part of the Ourisman Subaru family.
