Excellent Leasing Experience, Home Delivery
I just leased another Subaru Outback from Groove Subaru in Silverthorne. Billy Bonner, the Business Development Manager provided the best customer experience I have had in over 20 years, buying and leasing news cars. Transparent super competing pricing, excellent communication, follow up and he delivered my new Outback to our home and we completed all paperwork in about 15 minutes! Thanks Billy!
Our experience buying a new Suburu was great at Groove in Silverthorne! Joe was easy to work with and very helpful in explaining in detail all the bells and whistles of our new vehicle. Our Outback arrived much sooner than expected and we are thrilled!
The sales people were friendly and helpful. We purchased aSubaru Outback, the car has all of the bells and whistles. We did not get any help or rundown on all of the features that the car has and the owners manual wasn’t with the vehicle either. We finally get the starling set up only to find out it has to be updated. You would have thought that would of been done before the car was sold.

Made buying a new Subaru a good experience
I came into the dealership to see and drive a new Subaru Crosstrek. Seth, our salesman, explained the models and what I would be most comfortable with. After driving one, Seth , worked to find the car we wanted at the price we wanted. The rest of the Subaru team worked together to deliver the specific car we wanted.
Sales staff was helpful and knowledgeable. It was a easy transaction and I felt very comfortable with the vehicle I leased. I would buy from this dealership again in the future.

At the current state of this service department I would highly suggest that you look for somewhere else to get work done on your vehicle.
Service department would not respond to simple que
I have made two calls and one chat message to Groove Subaru asking for a price for an oil change. The line was busy, the chat person could not give me a price and twice I LEFT MY NUMBER for them to call back. NO RESPONSE. No response is poor service.
LOVED my Groove Subaru Silverthorne Experience!
I just bought my first brand new car ever, after LOTS of research at different dealerships and test drives. I chose Groove Subaru of Silverthorne after being referred there by a friend and I could not possibly be happier with the incredible customer service I received. Jeff and his team did a fantastic job of making us feel appreciated and valued as customers. They worked quickly (my car had been totaled so I needed a replacement quickly) and even drove the car over to Eagle to deliver it. I ask a LOT of questions and Jeff and Joe (who walked me through the car upon delivery) were super patient and friendly. I have not a doubt that I bought the best car for our family and got a great, fair price. I did not once feel "sold to" and in fact, quite the opposite. I felt that they really listened to my needs, concerns and questions about buying used (which I've always done) or new and leasing. I ended up leasing after comparing all the scenarios.
