I arrived at Stone Mountain Toyota for an appointment to service my vehicle for a factory recall, and was asked to return the following week without any... advance notification. While all of the other service coordinators were unwilling to help or find the manager to assist, Chris Terrell went above and beyond to honor my appointment as initially promised and also arranged for a rental car. I would be unsure about recommending this dealership save for direct service from Chris.

Don't wast your time with this company, I can't get a straight answer about about a car I wanted info on. All I'm referred to is a sales... rep so they can try and sale something else to me, Very much scam
Do not waste your time!! We drove 3 hours to purchase a car we saw online. Prior to making the trip, the salesperson was asked if the car had been in any... accidents or had any dents or scratches - to which the salesperson responded "No" the car is in great condition. As soon as we saw the car, we noticed a very visible dent in the passenger door and scratches on the back passenger door! It was obvious the car had been in an accident. I asked the salesperson why did he lie and completely waste my time taking off work and driving 3 hours. No response. And the car had an overwhelming smell of smoke, and it wasn't cigarette smoke!! I expected more from a licensed Toyota dealership!! I know dealerships are in the business to sell cars, but have some integrity especially when customers are driving from out of state!!
I've never been given so much of a runaround even when comparing the shopping experience to seedy used car lots. I expected more from a legitimate Toyota... dealership. I was greeted by one sales person, then handed off 3 separate times when trying to get them to give me their best a price on a used Tacoma I was interested in purchasing. All I wanted was a number, which they wouldn't provide. When I asked for my license so I could leave, they dragged their feet and took 15 minutes to retrieve it.
Nice salesperson, was quick to provide photos of automobile. I had made a decision to purchase the car. Made an offer within a few hundred dollars of... asking price and offered to provide a deposit over phone. I was a four hour drive to dealership. Was told Stone Mountain Toyota's policy was not to take deposits to HOLD cars. So, I told salesperson that I was on my way and updated salesperson during trip. Within 25 minutes of dealership I received a call that auto was sold. I knew the model very well! I was a real buyer that did not need to drive car to see if I was interested. I have experience purchasing over internet before. Stone Mountain Toyota does not do internet SALES. I do not know why they have an internet Sales Manager, they just do internet advertising. If you are close to dealership they might be great to work with. If you are any distance from dealership do not make the trip.

It all started when I called and e-mailed this dealership and received a response nine days later which is completely unacceptable. Regardless, I went... to the dealership ready to buy a used Toyota Corolla for $11,489. Based on their website, I anticipated paying this price plus tax, tag, registration and title. Based on their website, the price already included dealer fees of $799.00. When they finally provided a breakdown of pricing, they added the $799.00 dealer fee and a reconditioning fee of $823 to the price. I asked to speak with a manager and brought up this issue, but he continued to explain each of these fees vs. doing the right thing of apologizing and offering me the advertised price. I thanked him for wasting my time and he responded "Your welcome." If you are thinking of buying a car at this dealer, please be aware of these issues.
