I was told my would be ready about lunch time. I showed up about 11:45pm. About 45 mins later, I saw my car sitting on the side of the building. I thought it was done. It wasn’t. I asked if they were waiting on the part and they said no. I called the service desk (from the other side of the building) and was on hold for a few minutes. So, I hung up and came around the other side of the building and saw my service rep. eating.

THEY SCAM YOU!

DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM STONE MOUNTAIN TOYOTA! I found this car I liked from as CARFAX and I called this location and spoke to KANESHA about the car I was interested in and she told us that car was on the lot so we went ahead and told her we would come by the next day to look at the car. I get to the dealership and speak to JASON about the car and he tells me he is going to pull the car around for me to test drive and look at. I walk outside and he then proceeds to tell me THE CAR WAS SOLD 2 WEEKS AGO AND THERE IS NO CAR ON THE LOT, but we have other Camry's available for you to look at. They are liars and used the BAIT AND SWITCH method, and based on other reviews I just read they have been doing this SCAM for quite a while with no care in the world, and wasted 2 hours of my time! Absolutely ridiculous customer service! Don't worry, I'll be taking my money some where else and making everyone knows how horrible this place is!

FINANCE DEPARTMENT = COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS! I'D GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Avoid this location at all costs! I should have read their reviews prior to coming here. I went with my brother this past weekend to purchase a car for him. Do not fall for any of their additional warranty tactics because they push hard to sell it. The guy who did our paperwork (I cannot remember his name) was NOT thorough and didn't even give us the vehicle purchase paperwork. MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE THE VEHICLE PURCHASE PAPERWORK AND REVIEW THIS PRIOR TO SIGNING ANYTHING. THEY ADDED OVER $4K OF UNNECESSARY CHARGES! I asked him several times for the vehicle purchase paperwork, however, he told me the bank institution would send this to me (which I have never heard of!!). After we left, I spoke with several people who said they are required to always give you this document prior to leaving and go over it with you. We came back the following day and demanded this document. We spoke with a manager, and we showed him the paperwork that was given to us initially and he said we should have gotten the vehicle purchase paperwork as well. Well upon review, there were all kinds of additional b.s. that we did not request for! Roadside assistance, warranty (that was not the price he mentioned), $1500 for some B.S. fees that they call a "protection package" for new vehicles. No one needs floor mats, window tints, etc for this much! And to make matters even worse, they didn't even provide us with floor mats or tell us to come back to get the floor mats if this "protection package" was tagged onto the vehicle without our knowledge. It's a brand new car, you would think that it would come with the standard mats instead of being charged extra for it. Instead of blaming the sales guy about this matter, why not just own up to it? The manager was a complete idiot who insinuated I was incompetent. The manager said the automotive parts where they kept the mats due to people taking them was closed on the weekends. I told him, "I am not paying $1500 and you didn’t give us mats." He had the audacity to say "you are paying $36k for a car and you are worried about mats." I said, "xxxx yeah I am worried about mats since you want to charge me $1,500 for it!" He was so unprofessional I'm not even sure how he's a manager over here. We had no issue with the salesman, it's the finance department you need to be wary of! I wonder how many others they were able to scam before getting called out. SMH. If you plan on purchasing a vehicle, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere and do not come here!!!

A 1 star is giving them too much credit. I would never recommend this dealership. I drove 2 hours to purchase a 17 Honda Civic only to get a message 30 minutes away that someone was there purchasing it. Poor communication and customer service. It sounds like SET needs to come in and do some training with this store.

PLEASE STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! Majority of the cars they list online are at LAKELAND TOYOTA in Florida and once they have you in there they begin the bait and switch method. Unfortunately when I went to find a car I was in an extremely dire situation where I didn’t have a car at all. The BOGUS FEES ARE RIDICULOUS they advertised a car online for $12,731 when I had a minute to really look through my paperwork Emon marked the car up another $1000. In addition to changing the car price they added over $4000 in bogus fees??? By the time I left a $12,731 was $17,000. The finance manager added a $1200 tire warranty that I did not want, he said it was included with my car but said nothing about an additional fee. I asked the finance manager to remove them prior to leaving the dealership he ensured me that he would. Two months later I had to cancel the warranty myself. 48 hours after I purchased the car I asked the customer service rep on the phone if I was still covered under the 72 hour exchange policy.she LAUGHED at me over the phone and said they did not have one of those although it’s in bold RED letters on the site. She then reached out to Emon and he said “I ain’t never tell her we had no exchange policy” I called back and spoke to the GM and he ensured me they did have that policy. Please do not be lured in by the cheap pricing online they are thieves and love to bait and switch. They did not care at all that I was unhappy with all of the scamming they did with my auto loan! NEVER EVER AGAIN! A car buying experience should not feel scammy and this one did and I wish I never came in.
