    A sales rep. ( dont want to name her) provided false information about pricing just to 'get me to dealership'. Once I was there I was linked to a different... sales person and it was not a long time to find out that pricing is way out of range for the vehicle. Being disappointed I walked out of the dealership and made a quick call to original sales rep. that talked me earlier and she told me that 'She will check on the deal and will call me back in 10 mins' which never happened. I just drove 2 hrs to make a fool out of me..Pretty bad experience..!! NOW I am afraid to go to ANY dealership! Make sure you get all pricing before you enter...!! Good luck!!

    We apologize for this experience all of our pricing we try to make sure if very accurate, if you saw this on a third party website (meaning not our de...alerships website) we try to ensure accuracy but they do sometimes make errors and if this is the case we apologize, if you provide a stock number and some more information we will get this corrected so it does not happen.     It was a clean and nice dealership. However, the car I was looking at was too highly priced and even though I showed them other cars from other dealers... with way lower prices, they wouldn’t negotiate. It was a waste of my time.

    I have to agree with the other comments listed. I’ve never been so insulted for them to think they could cram 2500 in BS fees ON TOP of the 999.00 dealer... fee. Them trying to justify it when I called them out was just more insulting.

    TOTAL SCAM - Thought we were idiots and would pay $2600 in extra fees. I am not kidding $1300 "reconditioning fee" that is to get the car ready for sale.... Yet the car was dirty / nasty and had 2 bald tires. Walked out, there was a young female buyer who looked very uncomfortable and I told her to leave. Hope she did. I do not know how Toyota corporate allows a dealer with this lack of ethics to have their name on the dealership.

    They tried to taken advantage of my daughter, even with her telling them the deal wouldn't be made without a family member with over 25 years of dealership... management experience approving the deal. First and foremost, they tried a HIGHLY unethical move and attempted to add a $1600 reconditioning fee to the price of the car? So, you expect me to pay full book price for the car and also $1123 extra for you to get it ready for sell? SCAM tactics. Never pay those cost, it's not your responsibility to pay their expenses. More scam fees included an added $988 dealer service fee. What service comes with that? Your stale self service coffee? I'm paying you almost $1000 for the rare privilege of you selling me your used car? Make that make sense. So then they act like they are doing her a favor and take off a whopping $800 in the bat of an eye. Of course after the whole 'let me ask my manager' song and dance all dealerships do. Still, that's an extra $1200 onto the car added to the book price which is more than anyone should pay for a car that doesn't have a big demand. It's a Hyundai Accent. No one is knocking down the door to buy that car. CROOKS CROOKS CROOKS. Don't be a fool, don't buy anything from a place that tries this. Imagine how they will try to screw you when you need something fixed on the car. Somehow they thought a seasoned dealership manager would miss that. The audacity. Places like this are getting out of hand. Look at other reviews, they are even charging up to $300 plus extra just for a second set of keys. Multiple reviews of this place are showing how they are running that scam. Disgusting. I wouldn't buy from them if the car was below book and minus the scammer fees. The mere fact that they even tried it is too more for my taste. Can't trust people that try to run schemes on people. This place is a joke. Complete waste of time. I want to vomit.

    If i could I'd give 0 stars!!! We went into this dealership to buy a used Nissan Rogue Sport we've seen online in their inventory. We get to the dealership... with sales guys just waiting in front of the door to find a "victim". At first everything started of good until the car was shown to us. It was dirty inside and outside, scratches and dents all over and smelled like smoke inside. Nothing like the pictures online! Once we pointed this out the sales person immediately tried to get us to only look at a more expensive model, wrong color and price point. In the end we wasted 3 h of our day there with a sales person not letting us off the hook to leave. He kept pressuring for us to buy the more expensive model, finance what we can't afford, when we clearly stated our price limit. It was the worst experience ever dealing with the sales staff there. High pressure, forcing to buy a more expensive vehicle with outrageous fees for final car pricing and insisting on overpriced financing. The 13k vehicle was at 17k after their quote. We had to beg for that quote since the sales person wanted for us to buy a more expensive vehicle and not think about the one we came in for anymore. Scam!!!! Don't go there, save yourself a headache and your wallet of paying for overpriced vehicles with over the top pushy sales staff.

    Josh S - this is for you! Since I am contacting "everyone" because the dealership would not provide a drive out price. Now I have to since you told me... I was :-) The story - Found a vehicle I was interested in on the website (not a Toyota actually). Strangely the carfax started at 15K miles, but no history was available as to why. Therefore offered a lowball to start the negotiation process since I'd be assuming the unknown risk. Countered at asking price and then I proceed to ask for an out the door price. They will not provide an out the door price when asking, and based on the other reviews it's easy to understand why. In GA an advertised price in any medium must be all inclusive non-gov't fees to be compliant with GA law. I kept inquiring on fees and was told to come in person - I live an hour away. They kept declining to provide any figures even ballpark since it is policy "due to the competitive nature for our local customers to have them come in for negotiations and drive out pricing". I started with a consumer advocate (Thanks Clark Howard Action Team) and was directed to inquire with OCP since this seemed unusual as compared to other dealers I was in contact with. I was hoping the reviews about the tacked on fees were untrue as I was legitimately interested. While it is true they do not have to provide, it is not recommended to visit somewhere that is not being transparent. Apparently I "threatened" them by stating I would be "contacting everyone" - I spoke with OCP and then after the deadend decided I should let Toyota know based on again a recommendation from the same consumer advocate team. I had a lovely correspondence with a Josh P "relationship manager" from the dealership after submitting a complaint to Toyota who told me "To advise and to sum it up we are not willing nor are we going to be providing you a drive out price ". All I can thank is social media for saving me the 2 hour round trip drive to be even further disappointed.

    After giving an offer of $500 less asking based on missing items in model and scratches they would not budge. Not worth my time or money. Also dared to... offer floor mats and shade cover for $1400, which should have come with the model to begin with because it’s standard. Couldn’t answer straight forward when simple question about warranty was asked.

    Classic bait and switch shop. Advertising low cost cars with MAJOR back end unnecessary fees. Looked at Corolla for 13.4k (they refused to negotiate price)... and with all their fees gives me at total cost of 18.6K!!! Walked out and glad I did!
