    I was detained by CPD on Nov 14th because my plates did not match the vehicle. Even thought I pay for a plate transfer. After I was released from the police... station. I drove to the DMV and showed the attendant all the documentation I had to try and get a new set of plates. Per the DMV attendant the bill of sale I showed him indicated that I had payed for a license plate transfer. The DMV attendant told me to have the dealer fax over ST-556 tax for with confirmation number. I called the dealer at 3:57 p.m. and requested the documentation they said they will call me back. The dealership called me back at 4:06 p.m. and informed me that they will FedEx new plates to me and they will be arriving on Friday 11.15.2019. I called the dealer on 11.15.2019 to get a tracking number and they had me call several of times back because they couldn’t find the tracking number. I received a tracking number 777001150714 and when I tracked it said my packed would be here on Monday 11.18.2019 and the package was still at the dealership. I called back several times and I finally got a in touch with someone and they told me they would send the package on Saturday and call me back with a tracking number. They never called me back on Friday. Plates never arrived on Saturday I called the dealer ship all they and they gave me the run around. I finally called FedEx and they informed me a package was ever sent to me and I had nothing coming over on Monday. I called Monday 11.18.2019 several times and no answer or someone will tell me they will call me back. I finally received a call from the manager Mike at 6:33 p.m. asking me for my birthday and letting me know I will get my plates on Wednesday 11.20.2019. I told him that was unacceptable that I have been waiting for my plates for almost a week and that I was promised my plates would be arriving last week. I informed him that I have missed work and I have court. He asked me to email him my tickets, so he could see what they could do meaning pay for my attorney. He even offers to pay for uber, so I can go to work, however that’s impossible since I travel for work. I told my I needed my plates ASAP I was told that I will receive them on Tuesday 11.19.2019 and that he would call me back with a tracking number. Never received a call from him, I called back on 11.19.2019 and no response no tracking number nothing. I spoke to the sales assisting manager extremely rude and told me manager was not in that someone will call me back and didn’t know what I was talking about (which it was a lie because I spoke to him several of times). No one ever called me back. On 11.27.2019 I decided to go to the DMV again and give them the documentation I had. Also call the bank if they needed any other type of documentation. I filled out the RUT-25 Vehicle Use Tax Transaction Return I when to pay and the attendant informed me that nothing was changed under my name and that the vehicle was registered at a dealer in Mattson and no indication the vehicle was ever transferred to my name. The DMV attendee was very upset she then decided to call them. When she explained who she was and asked to speak to the manager they put her on hold. Then Mike the general manager got on my line. The DMV attendee informed him that nothing was in the system and that I had several of tickets and that she needed the ST-556 confirmation over ASAP. Mike the general manager informed her that he had the system to print the plates and I could pick them up today. The DMV attendant told him that I will pick up the plates today and if they didn’t have all the documents for me and plates ready for me it will be an issue. I was told to open an investigation with Secretary of state police and I received a letter letting me know that they have an open investigation.

    This has been the absolute worst choice that I have ever made in my life. The lies that come out of this office are unreal. Less then 24hrs after purchasing... a vehicle from EBUY MOTORCARS I received a notification on my dash telling me “transmission malfunction” low and behold the transmission was/is bad in the car. EBUY MOTORCARS has promised to do the repairs but have not done so yet, I purchased this vehicle on Aug 31, 2018 and as of today March 10, 2019 I have not had/nor have I seen the vehicle. I am currently still making payments on the vehicle. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY it will only lead to stress and disappointment. To add insult to injury I am currently pregnant and have been throughout this whole time; I’ve been so stressed out this whole time due to this situation. I have had ABSOLUTLY NO COMMUNICATION WITH ANYONE AT EBUY MOTORCARS SINCE NOV 7, 2018 NO UPDATE NOTHING. I encourage everyone to pass this place (EBUY MOTORCARS) up if you are car shopping you will only be disappointed. Also they gave me a loaner car and registered the car to me with the DMV without informing me of this (I no longer have the loaner car) thankfully I have 2 other vehicles.

    They will lie about everything. Lie about the features the car has and even lie about the year. Then when you call them they ignore your calls. I have... a lawyer after them and the Illinois attorney general. This place will be closed in a few months for fraud

    Bad service after buy the car Car was buy with several issues but he tell me before buy the car are in perfect status but when have the test drive car... brakes are so bad and the steering whell goes to the right then also under body suspention are so bad with worn arms tie rod arms almost everithing bad en before buy they make a promise to fix everithing but to date dont answer the lhone to make appoimment to fix ., they liar me because in the add here in cars.com say new tires no engine ligths is not true because tires are old and loose air many times and the check engine tirns on next day . My mechanic scan the car and need some computer work expensive and the dealer ereased the code before Y try to contact the people but not answer the phone o planning to do legal rhings because its not good then also mechanic guy make a realy bad jobs because l ask for remplace turn signal buld and he only live bulb outside the head ligth en loose plastic retainers to put back the engine covers and put steel screws loocks so bad no more buy in this dealer then not recommend

    Bought 2009 Chevy HHR SS at this dealership. No fob included. Key worked in the ignition but didn't unlock door. Missing interior panel. Promised the... panel and title within a week. That didn't happen. Motor had to be replaced. Two weeks after I got the car home it started to burn oil real bad. Took full 30 days to receive the title. Still don't have panel. Was promised that panel and title were in the mail several times. Plenty of talk, no action. No lemon law for used cars. Frustrated and upset. I got excuses and the run around at every turn. I will not do business at EBUY Motorcars again.

    Do not do business with them. I recently just purchased a 2008 bmw 535xi from here. The sales representative seemed pretty ok the car came with a 15 day... 500 warranty. Soon as I drove off the lot my left turning signal went out so i returned to the dealership immediately and asked for it to be fixed it which the mechanic Frank did not do.Before i left the dealer the mechanic gave me his number to call him if I had any more problems with the car he said he would travel to come fix the problem on the car so that I wouldn’t have to drive two hours back to get any repairs done on the car because driving back home took 200 miles off of the 500 mile warranty so there was only 300 miles left on my warranty On my way back home from on my way back home from the dealership a malfunction appeared on the dashboard which said engine malfunction reduce speed.So I called the mechanic immediately and told him that I was going to take it to an actual dealership to get a diagnostic on it tell me OK well you know everything and send the paperwork Over to him so they could reimburse me for the money that I spent at the BMW of peoria because I was still under warranty I got the diagnostic back from the dealership and the turbo booster was going out that was going to be $7000 to get fixed and additional the electric part of the Kole wearing written on the car another $4000 I am immediately call the dealership to get things fixed they gave me the run around trying not to answer my calles so i call the finance company let them know what was going on they contacted the dealership letting them know that i would like to be refunded since they gave me the run around so the finance company got there money back the dealership got there car back but the dealer doesn’t want to give me my down payment back horrible business it’s crazy i actually have to contact my lawyer for this and get this i have documents.

    DO NOT do business here. EXTREMLY shady dealership. Traded in a vehicle months ago, and the dealership has still not paid off the vehicle. My husband calls... every day and gets the run-around. Will be taking this to court. Also the vehicle I purchased, it looks like the mechanic cleared all the lights before I took it for a test drive. They will do everything in their power to hide any issue the vehicle has. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. From buying to getting my vehicle properly titled in my name, just horrible experience!!!!!!! Stay away!!!!!
