I was contacted by Grace after posting my Toyota Avalon on Facebook Marketplace. She purchased my vehicle through texts and arranged all the details from afar. One day later, Dean, the contracted courier, met me at a local notary in Pa. and the transaction was complete. Neat, slick, and professional. Very pleased with the process.

They claim that they will service tire and wheels for the first year. After 6 months I had a slow leak, they DON’T service after 15,000 miles
Horrible Customer Service
I had contacted the internet sales department regarding a 2015 Mustang GT convertible that was listed on CarGurus. No response for 2 days. When they finally did respond, I needed some additional information regarding the car. I did receive an answer then requested an out the door cash price; NO RESPONSE! I called on 2/10 and left a message for Mr Cook; again no response. I am assuming the car has sold because it is no longer listed. It would have been nice if someone could have taken the time to call me.
Bought a lemon
After my son hit a deer with one of our vehicles I helped him to purchase his own car. We found a Chevy Cruze at this dealership that appeared to be in good condition. I drove it and was given a price for the vehicle. We went back the next morning to purchase and we were given a higher price than originally told. He wanted the car, so we agreed to the higher price. Then told we had to pay a $699 processing fee. We paid cash so not sure what they really processed except for the DMV title that we also had to pay for either there or at DMV. Then we received a letter from DMV later that they had not processed the title correctly. When asking what type of warranty we were told 90 day or 3000 mile drivetrain. Within a month the car through a code and message that said "AC off due to engine high temp" I called and at first was told that was not covered (I would think an engine overheating is the drivetrain). Then they agreed to look at it after a long conversation. But we were told this was not covered and it was being done as a "favor" They said they replaced the thermostat. Within a few more weeks it happened again. We took it elsewhere. They replaced a sensor (saying they were not sure if the sensor would be the problem) and said it was really low on coolant. A few weeks later the vehicle threw codes again relating to this. The car would not run (like it was in limp mode) and 30 miles from home. Had it towed and checked out. The only thing found was that it was low on coolant. This morning, several weeks after the tow, the car has thrown the same message AC off due to high engine temp and it was 35 degrees outside and the AC was not on. Temperature gauge is displaying hot so my son had to pull the car over and I had to pick him up again. They told us before we purchased that they had checked this car out. Before we left with it we had to wait several hours while they checked it again??? If you purchase used from here buyer beware. I thought it would be better for my son to purchase from a large lot like this instead of a private owner but this has been costing him over and over for the same issue that the car left the lot with.

Discovery Auto has to be one of the best dealerships I have ever visited! From the very beginning, Dom provided me with the best customer service. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, he explained any questions I had, and he even offered to teach me how to drive a manual. He made the whole car buying experience a dream, I was able to leave the very same day with an amazing car! I look forward to doing business with them in the future!
Excellent customer service I spoke with Darian about an issue I was having purchasing from another dealer. He was prompt and had financing available for me in 2 to 3 days where it had taken a lot longer from the other dealer.
