worst expirience, not honest stuff, took forever to get information. Will not recommend. Every single person was telling different information. Must... improve customer service. Waist 4 hours of my time.

Bought a brand new camry thanks to Jazmine Q, and the sales manager Karan. Couldnt be more happier with my car but also the whole process was great. Jazmine... was very informative of the car answered all my questions and also got numbers from her manager quick and fast made the whole car buying process hassle free. Definitely recommend massapequa toyota to anyone I know looking for a toyota.

The only good thing I can say about this place is that they pissed me off so much during negotiations, that I decided NOT to drive my car off the lot the... same night I purchased. This has save me because now I have a fighting chance of getting my money back in what turned out to be a MASSIVE MASSIVE SCAM. They added literally thousands of dollars on my car purchase, going from what was quoted as an $8,000 car, to a total investment of over $16,000. Please stay the heck away from here.

We worked with a salesperson and a couple of the managers on a leasing agreement for a brand new Toyota. They were great. However, when it came to signing... the papers, with my checkbook already in hand, the big boss, Marc, approached us. He was rude, condescending, and insulting. He said he could not meet the terms of our agreement. We explained that the offer was made by the dealership in person few days prior, and again this morning over the phone, and that's why we came in. He said, in a very harsh tone, as if speaking to children, that we should have taken the deal when it was first offered to us and that it was now off the table. We were stunned. How could someone in a leadership position treat customers this way? We walked out of the dealership, sat in our car and wondered what just happened here. We expected to drive out in a brand new car and instead we were belittled and disrespected. They are dishonest. They make offers, which they don’t honor, and on top of that they insult you.

So I call to see if a used vehicle is available on lot for viewing , they tell me yes come in and I can have you test drive the vehicle. I drive 2 hours... with my whole family to buy the car to my surprise they just sent it out 2 hours ago right after I got off the phone with the representative. He brought keys to another vehicle that I might be interested in but my answer was no if they were honest and sent me the link I would of seen the vehicle but the classic bait and switch. And if you get upset for driving 2 hours away the representative will give you more attitude and tell you that he didn’t tell you it was here and that he isn’t lying. I can’t speak for the new inventory but used don’t travel far to see the vehicle they will be dishonest to you over the phone

Very nice and knowledgeable salesmen. I was pushed around and ignored at 4 other dealerships and about to give up when a friend recommend Toyota of Massapequa.... They didn't talk down to me at all and they were very sympathetic about my budget and credit situation. I had $1500 to put down and needed to be under $300 per month. The salesman,Ali explained to me how a RAV4 would be to much money to achieve that payment. He showed me a Nissan rouge and everything worked out perfectly!!!! They got me approved and my payment was less than I expected. They also gave me 1 year of free maintenance free of charge. I will recommend all of my family and friends.

Buyer beware!! Absolutely horrible customer service. I can't speak to the ownership but Ali in sales should be avoided at all costs. Apparently a contract... and handshake mean nothing here. I would expect that they will find a way to get you to spend significantly more than you agree to or to not honor prices that they advertise. I visited the dealership looking for a Toyota Sequoia that they had advertised as Certified. I confirmed that it was CPO from their own website, discussion over the phone and Carfax. After a pleasant test drive, we started discussing price. They claimed it wasn't actually certified "but we can help out with a warranty for $1995". OK, so off to a bad start. I still wanted the car so on Saturday 4/21 after receiving a ridiculous amount of pressure from Ali the salesman and Mike his boss I put a deposit on the vehicle to hold it. 4/22 is a Sunday. Monday 4/23 I take the day off of work to finalize the deal. I call, no response and leave a message for the salesman that I'm ready to pick up the car. He is clearly avoiding me.... I drive to the dealership and to my surprise (or should I say I wasn't surprised at all) the car has been sold. I work in sales and have my entire life and have never had the displeasure of working with such an unprofessional staff.

Outstanding and knowledgeable customer service. Dealing with the advisor and especially with Sales Manager Rob Amendola was a real pleasure, no pressure... and helped me get the vehicle I wanted, 2018 Camry, at a very good price. I did shop on line and with other dealers before I went to Toyota of Massapequa and cannot believe how well I was treated and the deal I received.
Massapequa Toyota went out of their way to provide me with the exact vehicle I was looking for within days of visiting them. They honestly wanted to give... me the best price possible. They were very friendly and professional. They are the best dealership I have ever been to!!!
