    Salesperson (will not mention names) are very untruthful and just lie to your face. Not a good place to shop for cars. I saw an add for a used 2015 Dodge... Grand Caravan. I called dealer and salesperson said the vehicle is still there and to come in. I went in, asked for that salesperson, then he told me vehicle was sold but said he had other cars I could choose from. I said I’m only interested in a minivan. Then he said he had another grand caravan. He asked me to wait and he will bring it out. I waited and waited. I waited over I hour, all the while he had another salesperson try to sell me a Nissan. I told him I wasn’t interested in anything else but the dodge caravan or a minivan. They kept pushing me to an SUV. I never got to see the other Grand Caravan . I left so disappointed. They could have just told me the truth instead of me waiting almost 2 hours. Wasted my time . Thanks for nothing.. The vehicle I saw on the internet is still posted online- this dealership is a fraud.

    Honestly I went back fuming today so angry at them and they showed me patience and let me cancel my warranty and put gas in my car and helped me out with... everything I needed and hooked it up so awesome job on damage control and thank you

    Very helpful when it comes to making the customer happy . Adrian Luna made me feel like I was his #1 customer he was never distracted he made it his goal... to make sure I was taken care of. Very knowledgeable ,and honest too if he was unsure of something he was straight forward about it and assured me that we would find out answer together I like that open communication because I felt like I could trust him with everything . I was right too he stayed focused and met all my needs as well it's people like him that makes you want to buy the car because of the quality of service that you received when you reached out for assistance.

    Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff. I received what was promised and very happy with this transaction . Salesperson (Joe) followed up on condition... of the car and actually arranged a service with 3rd party which I took the car.
