It has been my dealer for 13 years now excellent service I missed the car wash but older than that excellent job guys thank you so much I appreciate it. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I took my Sentra in for an oil change. For some reason...

I took my Sentra in for an oil change. For some reason (no one knows) they took off two of my after market wheel covers, gave me back the car and never mentioned, that they had removed them. I only noticed it when I got home. I called them, they said they have them, and to bring the car in today to have them put back on the car. I did that. It seemed they were expecting me. The young lady went right for the covers showed me one of them to verify it was correct. She took my car to the back garage. I waited. I did not inspect the car when I left, because that is the only reason I was there. I got home and no wheel covers again. I called to say I believe they were not put on right and I lost them on the way home. NO, I was told by the service department that they had only ONE cover because the other one had gotten broken yesterday. NO ONE MENTIONED THAT YESTERDAY OR TODAY, until I called to tell them I have no wheel covers again. Excuse was, they were to busy to tell me. They looked for me after I left. My phone number is on file. I sat in the car, in the service area for 5 minutes after they gave me back the car because I could not get out, all four doors were blocked. Service person told me on the phone, see that's how busy we are, that's why no one told me yesterday, they broke one cover and forgot to put the other cover back. Probably it was broken too, that's why it fell off on the way home. The oil change yesterday took 2.5 hours. This mess is still not resolved. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICE. I would avoid buying a car from them as well. In reviewing the paperwork last night I noticed they wrote my tires should be replaced. No communication or explanation regarding this yesterday. Today the young lady who helped me said the tires appear to be faulty and are cracking with only 25,000 miles normal ware. I should contact the tire company with pictures since they are not covered by the extended warranty we purchased but the are probably covered by the original warranty. Don't you think this info would have been nice to hear, yesterday. Manager has yet to call me back. They are just to busy, I guess.

Yes, every customer who comes to your dealership deserves better. However I waited over an hour, fifteen minutes today to speak with the manager and the two service people involved. I did finally speak with the manager who said "yah, yah, yah" four different times during our brief conversation, he was very busy I guess. He agreed to order new replacement wheel covers to arrive Friday. It is clear to me, my time is not as valuable as his. Being upfront and honest with customers is "yah, yah, yah" to him. You know what, flows downhill, " yah, yah, yah".

We had a very good purchasing experience for my wife's...

We had a very good purchasing experience for my wife's Leaf last year. Thursday, upon attempting to leave the Car Wash, I found I had a dead battery in my Z 370. I took it to West Covina Nissan Service Dept....AND Khalil took me right in and had a new battery installed in less than an hour! Great service! Very friendly staff at this Dealership. If you are looking to buy a new car, ask for Sam....great salesman !
