Awesome customer service. So caring

The staff is awesome. Angelina set my appointment and met me outside with a smile and a handshake. She help me with the exact car that I saw online. My experience here was awesome. Angelina made my very stressful day turn into an awesome one.

My 2015 Honda Pilot

I was on the search for a white on black leather Honda Pilot Touring. We were very specific as far as what we were wanting as well as our mileage. After weeks of searching I was stunned when I came upon one at Alderman Automotive that was perfect, flawless and under our price range. I connected with Zach and he was wonderful. We were separated by about a 2 hour drive so our communication for over a week was through text and email. He answered every question and/or concern I had and there were many. We were able to make the drive and go for a test drive. It was everything and much more than I was anticipating. Paperwork with Zach as well as John took under 30 minutes. They both went above and beyond to find us an extended warranty as well as the all weather floor mats we were looking for. Additionally my husband had bought a truck from a dealership closer to home two days prior and jokingly asked if they could detail it. Their detail department was extra busy so we were actually given car wash passes for a car wash and were personally escorted just down the road for a full car wash. Overall an absolute excellent experience and I drove away with my dream car. I absolutely recommend!!

Very happy with the experience

Purchased my BMW after a few months of browsing online and about a week of comparing in person. Alderman and team took care of my needs and managed to find the right BMW for me to drive off in. Very easy and pleasant process.

Horrible experience

My husband bought a used Yukon Denali listed at $18,900 and 6 DAYS after driving off the lot the lifters and cam, basically the engine, went out. We were 800 miles from home on vacation with our 3 children with no way to get home. Alderman automotive offered us NO HELP. The owner, Travis, responded by saying when we drove off the lot the car was “good to go” after being inspected by a ASE certified service facility. I would love to see proof that this vehicle passed a 21 point inspection because there is no way possible, or that it passed any sort of inspection. The owner stated “ we WANT to help, go above and beyond” well Trav what exactly did you do to help us? We didn’t even get a phone call back from you, just a response to my husbands negative review trying to clean up the mess you gave us. The best advice you knew to give was to tell us to go to a Chevy dealer to get it fixed, who by the way quoted us double the amount of $ a local non- dealership mechanic did, so great advice there sir. You say you don’t want your customers to feel this way and will use this as a learning experience? Wow gee thanks bud, I’m glad you will learn something from this. Meanwhile 6 DAYS after purchasing a vehicle from you we are about 7k into fixing this vehicle between fixing the car, hotels, rental cars, missing work to drive 800 miles to pick up our vehicle. Thank you for “empathizing with the pain” of all the inconveniences that have arose since buying a vehicle from you. I have never dealt with such unprofessional, uncaring people in my life. We drove 6 hours to your dealership thinking we found a great dealership with a good reputation only to get taken advantage of. I am disgusted with how you handled this situation, you should be ashamed of yourself sir. You should have made the situation right. If you would have done something, ANYTHING, not because you had to, but because it’s the right thing to do! We had the car 6 DAYS!!!! Not 6 weeks not 6 months literally 6 DAYS bro, we drove it for 6 DAYS and we are putting in a new engine. You didn’t even give us a phone call! You can’t tell me that is an appropriate way to do business. We got NOTHING from you but a broken vehicle! Anyone reading this review who wants a good laugh go read the responses to any negative review. Always condescending responses and blaming the customer. What a joke!

Great vehicle at a great price. Zach and team handled everything well. Would recommend. Easy process, delivered to my door. No pressure. Nice job Alderman.

Came all the way from TX to buy an Alderman Car!

What I saw online is EXACTLY what I got! No surprises here! Got the exact red BMW X3 we have searched for. The dealership arranged to pick me up from the airport when I flew in. I drove the car 1450 miles back home. It performed great without a flaw! Zach and John in particular, very nice and pleasant people to work with. Highly recommend.

Bad Business

Bought a 2012 Ford Focus with 70,000 miles that I got to drive a little over 8,000 miles and the transmission failed. Called the dealership multiple times to speak with someone about the situation and they repeatedly said someone would call back, but I never once got a call. So I went in to speak with them and my conversation lasted a maximum of 5 minutes before they told me they were done talking about it. A previous employee told me that they like to put problems on the back burner and act like things will brush over if they continue to ignore you. Would HIGHLY recommend staying away from this dealership. The highest people in the building (Robbie, John and Travis) disregarded me multiple times and could have cared less they sold me a car that died on me in less than 9,000 miles. Stay away!

Austin, Thank you for your feedback. We hate to hear of your negative experience, and for that we are so very sorry. I am regretful that you are having issues with your vehicle and can sympathize with the added cost of having your vehicle repaired. Records show that you purchased your vehicle from us in June of 2018, over a year prior to this review date. During that one year period, Alderman, unfortunately, cannot be responsible for any issues that arise while in your ownership. Vehicles are mechanical, and from time to time, as I'm sure you know, they need to be repaired for various reasons. I can honestly say that the one thing I am most proud of at this dealership is the condition and quality of the vehicles we sell. We go above and beyond to make sure our customers are getting their new vehicles in tip top shape. I can say with utmost confidence, that when you took delivery of your new vehicle, it was in a sound mechanical condition. As for your remarks regarding our customer service, I spoke with Robbie and he indicated that he indeed did call you back (verified via our phone log) to discuss your vehicle. Robbie explained that, during the purchase process, no extended warranty was bought for this particular car. Had a warranty been purchased, your vehicle would be covered and this unfortunate event would have not been an issue, even after a full year of driving. In your review, you mentioned the Alderman staff treating you with disrespect. I can assure you that is not the case, and if that is how you truly feel, I am deeply apologetic. When you arrived at the dealership, John agreed to have a conversation with you and brought you to his office to discuss your vehicle. It is my understanding that you were only asked to leave when you started to raise your voice in protest to his comments regarding your vehicle. We understand situations can be frustrating, but it is our policy to treat all of our customers with dignity and respect, regardless of the content of the conversation. We proudly abide by this policy each and every time, no matter how difficult the situation. Again, I apologize for your experience. We believe in second chances, and if you do as well, we would love to work with you again in the future and change your opinion on our dealership. I assure you, we are good for it!

HAPPY PORSCHE BUYER!

We flew in from Minnesota to buy our Porsche 911 Carrera S from Jeff the General Sales Manager at Alderman Imports. Once there the car exceeded our high expectations. Jeff promised that the car was worth the travel and it was just as he described and the photos online. Their business facility is beautiful with amazing attention to detail and that carries through to the cars they sell. Cheers to your continued success!

Amazing staff and experience

Alderman Luxury Imports was a truly an amazing car buying experience. The staff was incredibly busy with other customers when I first came in. Travis, the owner, stopped what he was doing to assist me. He took customer service above and beyond and ensured I had a great experience with all my questions answered. After looking through several vehicles I landed on the one I was looking for. The staff worked with me on pricing and also added some additional options to the vehicle. Two weeks after I purchased the vehicle, the car began shaking when I braked at high speed. I called Travis and he took every effort to remediate the issue. He put me in another vehicle and got the issue resolved same day, free of cost. Honestly, this is a great company with solid employees that I will be gladly returning to in the future.
