Great Experience

James Reeves, our sales person, was very friendly and offered great service from our initial call to arrange a test drive to the end, as we drove our car off the lot. We were able to get a great deal on the car we specifically went to see. The car was immaculately clean and well serviced. I will definitely recommend to family and friends looking for an affordable automobile.

Great service and dealership!

John Chapman was great to work with. He has incredible knowledge about Acura vehicles and made the whole buying process low stress. He had great follow-up and communication throughout the process and after I picked up the car! Worth driving from East Lansing to work with John.

Looking to buy a new car

Had to buy a new car and my wife was interested in the MDX. Sorry but I had no idea what an MDX was. Called Fox Acura and got a hold of John Chapman. He gave me a crash course on Acura and the MDX. Guess what, after talking to John, we set up an appointment to test drive. Two days after the test drive, we drove an MDX home. Only bought four new cars from a dealer in my life. Also bought two used cars from private individuals. The buying experience at Fox Acura with John Chapman was the best I have had. Probably might have been what tipped us over to buy the MDX over another vehicle my wife was considering.

Best dealership I've encountered in 40 years

Simply put... this is the best dealership I've ever encountered. Ryan and Alex are trustworthy, kind, patient, and both exhibited an incredibly high level of "expert-level" knowledge about sales and service. I am so grateful to have found Ryan, Alex, and Fox Hyundai Ann Arbor. BTW... the Santa Fe is awesome so far!

Hyundai Elantra GT

The salesperson, Michael Boyett, was knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated that he listened carefully to what I wanted in a car, and did not use high-pressure sales tactics to influence my preferences. He and Terry Talbert made car-buying a pleasant experience.

Wonderful Experience

I showed up for my appointment and was helped right away. I had a concern because a plastic part was hanging off my car that I noticed when walking out of work. The gentleman made sure that they would look at it. After my appointment was over he went through some repairs that he would recommend looking into for the next appointment.
