Purchased a truck and it seems good so far. Unfortunately they charged twice for a SWAT they installed without our knowledge. And it doesn't even work,... we were never told about our options of making it work. They didn't give us info on the Credit union we got accepted to. No loan act number or anything like other places do. They had some hidden fees, when we never had any issues at another big dealership for a pricier car. Overall it wasn't bad but we definitely wish things could've been explained better.

I was excited to locate the vehicle with all of the features that I wanted at a price within my budget so I visited this dealership. Once I arrived, I... was very disappointed to find that the vehicle did not have one of my required features (a panoramic sunroof) as advertised and was priced $3k more than advertised with dealer add-ons (powertrain warranty, anti-theft, nitrogen-filled tires, etc.). The price dropped online another $500 while I was sitting at the dealership and they were still quoting me a price over $2k more than asking even after I told the salesperson I did not want (and was not willing to pay more for) the add-ons. What a complete waste of my time and energy.
