1300 hours appointment for 2017 platinum ESV, arrived at 1245 with 4 service personnel eating lunch desk and no one acknowledged my presence until I reminded... them that I had an appointment @ 1300 for simple oil change and tire rotation. Approximately 1.5 hrs later, I checked on status and she said it is ready, but they didn’t rotate the tires because I had a nail in one of the tires and I would need a new set of tires soon ( original tires @ 42,000 miles) , which I knew approaching 50,000 miles. My concern was driving around at high speed and having a blowout, so I said I am concern about safety and isn’t that the purpose of my full never used spare. She said we can put the spare on if you like, and I said safety is first; 45 minutes later I checked the status and she said I thought you were gone only to find out nothing had been done about the tire. Excuses made; tire finally changed, appointment charge of $68 refunded, and left at 1520 with car looking like some jack leg road side assistance versus a certified Cadillac dealership. I have been a Cadillac owner for over 20 years and this was the worst service ever regardless of what state I was living. Communication poor, service poor... and this is a mild write up compared to the service.

Be aware that the price they advertise is well below their actual price. In addition to the normal documentation fees etc they add items such as a generic... LoJack system and “3m” and attempt to charge THOUSANDS more. And don’t bother talking with management. It’s their idea.

The service tech was very through. The wait was lengthy but appreciated visably seeing the repair concerns, having priorities identified and the projected... cost if repairs.

Bought a battery a couple of years ago, it died, went back they apparently had a receipt for the purchase but it did not have a description so the warranty... was not honored. I call BS. I had to purchase a new battery, I keep all service related receipts in glove compartment, had every one but that one.

Jake was my service specialist. He quickly identified what repair were needed. Since my parts were special ordered parts he called the parts department... to see how fast they could get them in. They ordered them immediately and guaranteed they would be in the next day. Jake scheduled my service for the next day and the parts were there as expected, they actually came in the night before. I was in by 8am and out by 9:30am very satisfied.
