I walk out of the hotel to my car and.

I walk out of the hotel to my car and..... It was flat. I two hours until an appointment. I called several tire centers, and no one could help me out.... until I called Cable Dahmer Cadillac of KC! Steve answer got me in immediately, was efficient, and go me in, and out with no hassle. Big shout out to Steve Oliver for getting be back on the road when I was traveling from 5 hours away! Car has a rattle in dash and has a technical bulletin that was not applied at Audi while recall was done. Other than that car is in excellent condition and was delivered to our home. Picked up our old vehicle and was great experience overall.

I have been taking my rare Cadillac ELR to this dealership after relocating from Tulsa, Oklahoma for the past year for routine service maintenance and the excellent customer service that Steve Oliver ( Service Advisor ) has consistently delivered is nothing less than exceptionally “ AWESOME “. Steve is always courteous, profoundly professional, and in detail explained every aspect of the service they would render/rendered in which my car was returned in immaculate condition.
