    Purchased a used vehicle, secured my own financing. the dealership never sent the paperwork to my lender to receive their money for the vehicle. Thus resulting... in my loan expiring and with new loan interest is higher, they had 52 days to get it there. Now the general manager is texting threatening messages and demanding we take the loss. This was a complete failure on their part , I should not have to pay for their mistake. Buyers please beware !!!!!

    If you choose to not heed my warning and buy from this place then make sure you follow these set of rules so you don't get screwed over like I did. ... 1. Bring another person with you so that you can have another set of eyes looking at all the numbers on the paperwork because they will change the numbers multiple times right underneath your nose and it won't just be the price of the vehicle they might change. Numbers in different areas that don't affect the price but they affect the overall price. And when you do catch it all they're going to say is it was a mistake and then they're going to try and do it again which is why your second set of eyes on that paperwork is going to help you from getting screwed over. (Classic way to scim money off the top) 2. Have your second person also look over the vehicle, the tires, any extra additives that are supposed to come with the vehicle make sure they're there. make sure there's no dents or scratches things that have been attempted to be covered up that you won't notice until you go wash the car. 3. if there's any problems with the car do not buy it until they have made the repairs and it's fixed do not accept an I owe you, do not buy the car until they fix it because they do not honor what they say they will do.

    Sold me a lemon! Transmission failed twice in 9 months and was told I could trade and when I got there they told me I could not because I hadn’t had it... a year.

    Bought a used truck and other than some small glitches I overlooked, everything was fine. AC blew cold as ice. 3 days after buying it, AC no longer worked...blown... AC core. Service Dept I took it to said the only way it was holding freon when I drove it was they shot it up before I got in it. The leaks were that bad. NO help from dealership towards the $1800 repair bill. The buying process was great...considering they may not have known I was being sold a problem vehicle. So my advice, better not buy on the first look if you dont get a warranty from them

    contacted this dealer about a new nissan , made a cash offer to salesman on the first day on the 2nd day he still didn't have any info on my offer and... was confused about which car i had made the offer on even after i sent him his own add 3 times with the vin number and stock number 3 days later no reply finally a manager contacted me asking how our progress was going , didn't know anything about my offer ( what a terrific waist of time )
