    They sell me some thing I don't want because they tell me the bank won't approved y for less then 7000 and the car worth 4500 they add 2150 for extended... warranty they tell me we will cancel the warranty before 30 day and y get y full refund they give me 1595 I will take emy to the court soon I can I never bought a car from this place again if 0 star I will give them

    Was shopping around online for a car. I came across one I was very interested in but it only had a stock photo. Contacted the dealer and received all the... information that I needed. Within minutes I was texted all of the pictures that I wanted and more. I dealt with Kay and I strongly recommend him. He was very courteous, knew his stuff, and followed necessary COVID19 guidelines, something that I strongly desire. The whole experience from start to finish went well. Kay is the man and again I strongly recommend him. I did not deal with many other people so I can not speak for them but all the customers that were there seemed to be having a wonderful experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to send friends and family there and I really enjoyed the experience!

    I reached out to The Warehouse Conshohocken after finding a listing of theirs for a BMW X3 on Autotrader. I sent an email and was contacted by Mike Jackson... the next morning. He confirmed that the vehicle was available and that they’re a “wholesale” warehouse that only sells to public a couple days a month, hence the attractive price. I told him that I wanted to see it, but that would be driving from more than 2 hours away. We agreed that I would come that day and he marked our appointment at around 3:30PM. He also told me that if I could make it earlier, that would be great. I left my house around 12:30PM because the route had a lot of projected traffic. Well, Mike calls me on my cell when I’m about 40 minutes away and asks me if I have left my house yet. He then proceeds to tell me that the car is actually in the shop because it’s leaking oil! He said he was sorry, but he did not know about it and asked me if I was interested in any other cars?! I became quite upset and wanted to just turn around, but agreed to come in as I was already out of time and $20 in tolls alone, plus gas. I showed up and Mike tells me that the car has a gasket leak which leaks on the catalytic converters (a problem that can easily cause car to catch fire!) and this that’s why it was priced below the book value. He said they could possibly sell the car for a bit lower, but I’d have to fix it myself. (??) This was completely ridiculous. After I told him that I would buy the car for the advertised priced if they would actually fix it, after which he stood up and wanted to shake my hand pretty much implying that I needed to leave. Turns out that I spent my Saturday afternoon and my money just to be treated like dirt. Mike was under an impression that this was not false advertising because he told me before I showed up? What a joke. I knew there are legitimate reasons people don’t like car dealerships, but this experience takes the cake.

    Hello, upon inspection in our service department our technician found an oil leak. We decided to send the vehicle to BMW for further inspection and th...ey found that the vehicle had a bigger leaking problem than what we saw initially, so we left the vehicle in their hands. On Saturday, Mike went to look for the vehicle to have it ready for you to see when you arrived. Much to his surprise, the vehicle was in service at a local BMW dealership. Unfortunately, Mike was not aware so he called you immediately after finding out. Since you were already on the road he offered you to still visit and view our inventory. There was nothing malicious about this. Mistakes do happen and we're very sorry this happened to you. We wish you the best in your car search.

    *Brutally Honest Review* The initial process was great, I worked with Andrew and was very happy with the professionalism and efficiency displayed. I purchased... a 2016 BMW M235i back in June and again was satisfied with the beginning process. With this said, everything went downhill after that. I drove from 3 hours away to see/purchase the car. When I arrived I immediately saw there was a large crack in the windshield and dent on the hood. This was not communicated with me prior to seeing the car. When I pointed it out the sales guy acted like it was his first time seeing it.. mind you he DROVE the car up to me for a test drive. The crack is directly in the sight of view so there was no possible way he missed this. They ended up taking a few hundred dollars off the initial price because of this and I was satisfied. I purchased the car on the spot and took out a warranty. I made the mistake of taking their word and not inspecting the documents thoroughly enough. I was told the warranty was "about $2,000.00" and was not told it only covered up to 36k miles or 3 years. $2,000.00 really means $2,999.99. In hindsight this is my fault and I should have done my due diligence. I called to cancel the warranty the very next day and was told "no problem" they supposedly mailed a check to the institution I financed through however as of today 9/5 THEY HAVE YET TO RECIEVE THE CHECK. About two months ago I took the car in for an inspection. The BMW dealership found some serious damage done to the car. This included 3/4 rims were bent and warped and needed to be repaired along with the front bumper was damaged and the front splitter was even missing. One of the tires had a large bubble in it and there were a few other issues. In total this cost me $2,600.00 in repairs LESS THAN A MONTH AFTER BUYING THE CAR. I have called at least 10 times within the last two months in an attempt to give them the opportunity to do what they feel is right prior to writing this review however I have been ignored and dismissed. I finally got Andrew on the phone this past Friday and asked very politely that Elya follow up with me about this issue by this Tuesday. It is now Thursday and after calling again today and not getting anyone I am done. I am here to warn anyone who is thinking about getting a car from this place to go somewhere else. I originally was drawn to this place for the price on the car I purchased as it was about $1,000.00 cheaper than what I could find. I also liked the initial service and was excited to work with them. But after they make the sale they don't want to hear from you and do not go out of their way to do the right thing. They sell broken cars and don't care about the ramifications of the financial impact for the consumer.

    Worse business experience I have ever experienced . Advertised car as a clean car. Drove 45 minutes only to find out the the car had about 5 thousand dollars... in damage that was not disclosed and the General manager Tom said " I guess this car is not for you". Stay far away from this dealer.

    Information was not shared until I have signed document, after they show me key I denied and I do not want deal. Guess what they said they can not return... my check. The worst behavior one can expect, Manager was smiling like he has made you fool, seems like he was saying you fool . The only thing he did not do it drag me out. He forced me to go. I was buying car not begging him. So my suggestion do not go this dealer, if you have to go do not give them check until you have key. Worst experience ever ............

    Came in to look at the car and worked with Andrew. Highly recommend him, very professional and honest. Keep in mind that the price they have will be the... price you pay. As long as you come in with that in mind you will have a great experience in this dealership. Even though I did not buy the car I came to see I would not hesitate to come back.

    I was not able to buy a car from here but I called to find out information about a 2007 Volkswagen Passat and immediately, John Crispino informed me on... the issues with it and suggested that it was more of a mechanics special. I was treated respectfully and they knew what they were talking about

    I just purchased a car today from the warehouse. I must say, it was a pleasant experience. my salesmen, KAY, was very knowledgeable even tho the car was... a Cadillac, not a audi. I went to look at it last week, and after a week or so of crunching numbers, I picked up the car today. kay made sure all my questions were answered and also paired my phone to the car. I do recommend this dealership and my salesmen KAY..........mike dancona

    Don’t be fooled by what looks like a small inventory, they have access to a lot of dealer trade ins from local new car dealerships. I went there to look... at an Audi S4, they were very honest about the condition of the car. Every car goes thru a thorough inspection and they give you a full report. Audi was nice, but salesman found a BMW for me that was traded in to the local Porsche dealer, it was exactly what I was looking for. Prices are very fair, so don’t expect a lot of wiggle room. Salesman was very informative and not high pressure.
