Excellent service that was completed on short notice. Ease of getting the appointment is much appreciated. Customer waiting area is very comfortable with ample seating. Dealership is always clean and a pleasure to go to when necessary.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from MB Springfield

I recently purchased a new vehicle from MB Springfield and had a good experience. After doing some research we were able to find the exact match I was looking for. After some time, dealing with the other dealer, I was able to get my new Coupe. Dave went through everything on the vehicle and helped setup my preferences. The finance department was wonderful and did not try to push extra or additional products. They went over my options and explained everything. In the long run I used my credit union because the interest rate was lower than their best interest rates; the process was smooth and accomplished in 15 minutes or so! Will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend.

Super professional staff, respectful of time and cost.

Super professional staff, respectful of time and cost. Love the little extras that make you feel appreciated. Theres a screen with your name on it when you arrive at your service appointment, comfy waiting area and water and coffee.

Tom O’Connor and master mechanic John were given the task

Tom O’Connor and master mechanic John were given the task of giving new life to a classic 1991 190E within a very short deadline - our son’s upcoming wedding. They did an incredible job and that car was driven away from the church by my son and his bride. They were great in communicating each step of the repairs and performed the work within the estimate. I highly recommend MB of Springfield - they are extremely knowledgeable and professional.

I took my C300 to Mercedes Benz of Springfield for the very 1st time, and was impressed! Everyone was professional and attentive. The waiting area was spacious and very relaxing, and also provided a nice view into the workshop where your vehicle is being serviced. Krystle did a great job of keeping me informed. I received a video clip on my phone of the technician giving me a safety report of my vehicle which was awesome!!!! I had a great 1st time experience at MB of Springfield and will be returning! ~Dale-New Britain, CT.
