Everything went smoothly and with out any hassle.

Everything went smoothly and with out any hassle. Got a good agreement with financing. This is our family's 3rd car from here. The only issue was with the DMV issuing my Veterans plates, took 2 days. Big thanks to David Kenny.

Dear Mike, Thank you for your feedback. You are in fact correct: since all of our pre-owned vehicles are priced aggressively, our "wiggle room" is limited. Currently over 75% of our certified pre-owned inventory is classified as a "Good" or even "Great Deal" by cars.com. Most of our clients appreciate this transparency and the ability of getting a great car for a great price without have to haggle. Unfortunately the vehicle you were interested in since sold, but we will keep our eyes open for a similar car and be in touch you as soon as we find a match. Best, Peter
