THEY ACCIDENTALLY AUCTIONED THE CAR OFF AFTER SIGNING A BILL OF SALES AND ALL DMV PAPERWORK WITH ME!? Sunday - I finalized an all-cash deal with David Stevens and signed all the legal paperwork in their Finance office. Instead of taking a deposit, they offered to get the car ready and deliver it to my home and collect a check on Monday! Sounds great! Monday - I called when the promised delivery window passed and I did not hear from anyone, and was told they are too busy and need to reschedule the delivery to Tuesday. OK, a little disappointed but that's fine. Tuesday - David Stevens left me a VM around noon: "I have some bad news ... I made a mistake ... I didn't pull that car off my auction list and it's sold this morning at auction ... I can't back that out." David educated me during the negotiation that when the cars go to auction after sitting on the lot for 60 days, they are sold to another dealer under the Fletcher Jones family. If that's the case, why can't they just cancel the auction result, since it's all within the same company? I could not reach David live when I called back. I then called the GM Alex Shikhmuradov later. Alex apologized and said he will call me back. Friday - Received a VM from Brain of Service Depart: "I just want to congratulate you on your new Audi!" I guess their left hand does not know what their right hand is doing. The following Monday - GM Alex wrote me an email: "As I promised you I was able to find a nicer car for us ... it will go through service to make sure everything is 100% good and I will send you more details ... I will be in touch later today or tomorrow at the latest." It's now the following Friday. I still have not heard back from GM Alex on the status of that "nicer car". So the saga continues.

Very happy with the after sales service. I went for 40k miles service for my Q5 and surely will be back for future service. Loaner was ready and I was told before hand for the time taken for service. Very happy and satisfied with the services.

I'd recommend him to anyone else looking to purchase an Audi. Also contact Sang . Slow an poor service
My review is for the service department at Audi in Fremont, CA. This place has really gone downhill and is a shame to the Fletcher Jones name. The reservation system at this place is a joke. I’ll save you some trouble: they don’t tell you this up front, but expect your car to take 4-7 days to be serviced. Also, every time I’ve been here, there is a serious shortage of loaner vehicles. So, expect to be without a car for a while. I should have read the other recent reviews here first because many other customers say the same thing. I called to schedule a break flush and spark plug replacement and asked if it would be okay to drop the car off the night before so that I can pick the vehicle up after work the next day. The individual that scheduled the appointment recommended that I schedule an early morning appointment (7:30am) so that the car can be ready later in the day. I dropped my car off the evening before and was quoted $475 for the spark plug replacement and $298 for the brake fluid exchange ($773 total) by the advisor, Frank. At this premium I expect stellar service but Audi Fremont was a huge fail. I checked on the status of my car the next day around 2pm and was told by the advisor that my car was still in the queue and that it would take a few more days. At no point was I told I’d be without my vehicle for more than a day. Frank called and said that it would take about four days and that their typical backlog was seven days. This place clearly doesn’t know how to manage appointments to ensure clients are scheduled appropriately. Needless to say, I picked my car up the same day without it being serviced (inconveniencing a friend for a ride and hours in traffic). With all the competition in this industry, I have no doubt that I’ll find someplace else that offers better customer care, faster service, and savings.
