I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this dealership.

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this dealership. They have failed to release the title for the vehicle, and despite repeated attempts to get information, we have been given no answers about where the title is or when it will be released. As a result, our temporary tag has expired, and the dealership has refused to provide a new temporary tag to cover us until our license plate arrives. This has left us in an unacceptable position and potentially unable to legally drive a vehicle we paid for. To make matters worse, the vehicle was sold with a brand-new set of extremely cheap tires, and we immediately discovered that both the front and rear brakes needed to be replaced. These are major safety issues that should have been addressed—or at the very least disclosed—before the sale. Communication throughout this entire process has been terrible. Calls and messages go unanswered, and when we do get a response, it’s vague and unhelpful. Once the sale was complete, any sense of responsibility or customer service completely disappeared. This experience has been frustrating, stressful, and deeply disappointing. I would not recommend anyone do business with this dealership. Transparency, safety, and basic follow-through are the bare minimum when selling vehicles, and this dealership has failed on all counts.

Absolutely shady dealer.

Absolutely shady dealer. We had an agreement to purchase a used BMW at full price and while we waited a day for the dealer to submit it for financing the sold it out from under us…… after hours! Stay away!

HZ employees were exceptionally helpful and were willing

HZ employees were exceptionally helpful and were willing to address any concern or question I raised. They were aware of a time constraint I had and made it a priority to get everything handled in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the whole process.

Patrick did a great job for me and my car!

Patrick was super friendly and helpful, I went in with a pretty specific idea of what I wanted and he pulled up some cars within my restrictions and they were perfect. I went for some test drives and I walked out a couple hours later with a beautiful Subaru forester. I will definitely be coming back for my next upgrade!

Trustworthy dealership!

Great experience. Brandon Hass and his business manager Ed were not only extremely easy to work with but also very trustworthy. My husband and I feel like Brandon helped us make the correct decision, and he showed tons of flexibility as we worked through the process!

Great Dealer & Knowledgable Staff

The experience working with this dealership was great. I went with them versus a dealer closer as they had great information. As my car was being built- Brandon texted me along the way. Delivery was seamless. Very happy!
