    Over all Hyundai Imperial Valley takes the time and effort to meet the needs for the customer. The shuttle service is excellent. Santiago at the front... counter is very helpful and explains any concerns with your vehicle.

    Went in to look at used cars, was immediately greeted in Spanish. Talked to him the entire time in English. Gave him my phone number so he can follow up... on a couple of cars that they had just received. Called me the next 2 days, from different numbers, but both times was in Spanish! Fast talking Spanish too. I don’t speak Spanish so I did not know what was said in the messages. I chose not to call back because he should have remembered I didn’t speak Spanish to him when I was there.
