Called more than once and was told a Mazda CX-5 was there. Both times I went to the dealership they could not find the car. The second time the worker... actually tried harder but no one knew where the car was. Amazing how a dealership doesn't even know where there own cars are! When they finally found it we realized why they couldn't find it. A worker had been using it as their own personal vehicle. There was spilt soda on the center console making it all sticky. It was full of trash and just dirt and mud in the carpet and on the inside door panels. Trash shoved under the seats, empty bottles and more trash in the trunk. Food crumbs in the seats and on the floor from someone eating it it. The outside was horrible! It had deep scratched and paint taken off on the sides. The paint seemed paper thin almost like it had had a cheap paint job done recently and it was coming off. It needed new brakes, you could hear that it did not idle correctly, oil spelled like gas. Just an overall horrible car that they pretended to not know anything was wrong with it. Saying it was perfectly fine and acting like they didn't know it had anything wrong with it mechanically and/or physically. They just seemed shady and the car was horribly kept. Online it showed the car had been there for months and now i know why. They even tried making it sound like it was going to be gone soon saying that someone had been looking at it that morning and they needed to check to see if it was sold already. The mileage they advertised was 69,000 when in reality it had over 71,000. Shows how much it had been used by their own employees. Then they even asked me to get the new mileage so they could update it! Funny how they didn't care until someone actually wanted to see it. Funny how they said someone had been looking at it that morning when they didn't even know where it was and it wasn't even ready to be seen when we got there. Super shady, incompetent, unorganized, untrustworthy dealership.
I sent an email asking abort the availability of a Chevy avalanche and received am impersonal automates response about things other than the availability... of the truck. I had to sense a second email in order to get the information I requested. I would have been more inclined to visit the dealership and buy the vehicle if the response would have contained the information I requested. Even if the email would have just said yes we still have.
