I am LOVING my new Nissan Sentra. Had a great experience with Chris Loebel at Russ Darrow of West Bend! No pressure, just GOOD help and GREAT service through... out my entire purchasing process. My visit was for replacement battery for my Fab. I came home with a truck. Working with Chris was great, no pressure to buy. Everyone at the dealership, especially Kenny went far beyond expectations. In our situation, we had a horrible purchase from the previous dealer we had... purchased from, and were left high and dry (spent an entire year paying for repairs and trying to get the car to pass emissions-nothing short of a nightmare). I came into the place exasperated and in tears. Between all of this the dealer listened to our needs-provided a amazing solution. I will never forget how they were able to actually sell a car through an empathetic situation that met our specific needs. We love our 2019 Nissan. Thank you.
1-the vehicle I test drove and agreed to be back with my husband on Saturday, Chris and Dave had everything ready for that vehicle. Well someone sold it,... which I wasn???t happy. So, I asked Chris if I would be getting everything that I would have on the the other which means price and the extra 2,018.00 dollars. Well guess what it didn???t happen this vehicle cost us 6,000 more than the other vehicle
We brought our 2010 Nissan Murano in for an oil change. While talking to another customer, I didn't have time to get myself a drink and the customer rep... got my water for me. And they offered me a complimentary car wash which was greatly needed. They also showed me my dirty air filter and my husband approved the purchase. It was a great experience.
We received excellent service from Melanie and the service technician who repaired our key fob. The batteries were replaced at no charge. It took less... than 15 minutes.
