After a recommendation from a friend, we had a great

After a recommendation from a friend, we had a great introduction to Carmax Renton. They gave us a great trade-in for our minivan and we were able to purchase a great new-to-us car, which we had shipped from California! Kathleen H. was wonderful - we had a very stress free, friendly and professional experience!

Very professional people.

Very professional people. They sold me an Mercedes Benz GLB 250 with providing great customer sevice. YARELI is wonderful people person and the manager GRACE is very good listener,caring and a great problem solver in her profession.

This was the most hassle-free car buying experience I’ve

This was the most hassle-free car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was really pleased with the straight forward process. I was able to purchase the car and take it to my mechanic after to check out thoroughly without a concern due to the 10 day return no questions asked policy.

I never received my registration or plates in the mail.

I never received my registration or plates in the mail. The dealership failed to put the car into my name . Nobody has any answers for me and it has been weeks. I need the registration to park in my place of residence and I don’t know how that is going to happen because Car Max can’t figure out what happened.

A great car shopping experience!

A great car shopping experience! The freedom to check out available cars in the lot by ourselves and at our own pace, made the search less stressful. Wth all ar doors unlocked, one can sit in them. The extensive number of available vehicles provides a wide range of options the lot is very well organized, with cars of each manufacturer gred together. Once we found a vehicle we wanted to test drive, that was easily arranged by the sales employee who was assigned to us. Yareli is a friendly, fun person who knows the process and the paperwork. She did a great job! We appreciate the no haggle pricing policy. Our research indicates the prices are reasonable. We recommend CarMax.
