Smith Kia tried to bait and switch the price of the vehicle that I was looking at. They tried to give me the car for $27,000 when the ad was for $22,000.... Then tried to say the dealer fees was $990 when in fact it is $799. Salesman was horrible!!! Didn???t get the car because I still need to work on my credit and I???m ok with that. Just know everybody ain???t no fool!

James was our salesman and he was excellent. My husband and I were very pleased with the friendliness and ease of the process. I absolutely HATE going... to a car dealer! This is the first time I can honestly say I did not feel pressured to buy a car. And Jordan Dill in Financing was absolutely amazing. He explained everything in terms I could understand and truly listened and cared about our responses to the questions he was asking. Never had that before from a finance man - ever! Overall I would highly recommend Smith Kia to anyone needing to purchase a car.
When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted with a smile and a big hello. Jason stepped up to the plate and took us to the two cars we had looked... at online. We drove the Cadenza and the Optima and decided that the Optima was what we wanted. Because we had looked online Chris Morano went the extra step and made sure that we were bank approved. So the financing was painless with no waiting. When it came to meeting with Jordan Dill he could not have been more accommodating, he explained the financing and warranty packages and then we signed all the papers and we on our way with a brand new car. Before we left though Jason took the time to explain all the zillions of features that the optima has and got us connected with CarPlay. He was a great salesman along with Chris and Jordan. Thanks for a great experience and a new car.

I had an oil change apt and 2 days before and an associate called 2 days before my apt to see if I would be interested in upgrading my vehicle so I made... an apt. I was in a lease and had 1 more year to go and I was afraid that they would not be able to do anything without absorbing the cost into another payment. James, Blake and Jordan made it happen. I walked out of the dealership owning my forever vehicle and very please with my payment.
