    I've been coming here for a couple of years and I have to say it's always a fantastic experience. No one really wants to go to a dealership for warranty... work or parts. Especially in this area, I've been treated pretty bad by dealerships in the area in years past. There's usually at least an argument and a big bill before you walk out. Not at Smith KIA. The tall guy in parts with the mustache...(Robert I think is his name), I don't know his name for sure but I like him. He always goes out of his way to make sure I understand how to install the filter or whatever I'm buying...he's even gotten service guys to give me a hand or some instruction. Somebody needs to give him a pat on the back because his great attitude and attention to detail really makes this dealership a cut above. I have some things to say about service as well. My wife was in there twice last week dealing with a check engine light. Even though she didn't have an appointment and she showed up not too much before closing, the staff went out of their way to help her.....I would never consider purchasing a car anywhere other than Smith. Thumbs up to the manager...please do what you have to do to retain such great staff!

    I find car buying to be stressful and nerve wracking. I'm also a woman who has previously been condescended to and talked down to at a car dealership.... I like to be prepared and research values and options and know what I'm getting into, and I can't stand pushy salespeople and being pressured into options that I don't want or need. This was one of my better experiences at a car dealership, and I have been to quite a few, including recent shopping around for the best deal on multiple makes/models. Start to finish, my salesman Rick Musick was polite, informative, patient, and never rude/condescending/pushy. Multiple test drives, appointment at MY convenience, honest, and excellent follow through. When I went in fairly sure I would buy the KIA niro if I got good value for my Toyota Rav4 limited trade-in and best price for the EX touring Niro, I was in and driving my beautiful new car home in 3.5 hours, including leisurely test drives of both LX and EX because I hadn't made my final decision on the trim I was most interested in. Combine my excellent salesman Rick with very nice, well informed finance manager Jordan Dill who took time to explain everything I didn't understand and all my options for my budget- I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone car shopping. And- Toyota, Hyundai, and Honda could not meet or beat price of a similarly equipped comparable vehicle in same class, OR the 0% financing for 66 months, or the 100,000 mile Kia warranty! Thought I'd be a Honda/Toyota owner for life. Consider me Kia converted

    My daughter purchased a used vehicle from them and not 10minutes off the lot and her AC didn???t work...they recharged it and said no more...7 days later... AC didn???t work again...she was asked to bring it in and this time they said her Ac system wasn???t working and she would have to pay 800 to fit....I nor anyone in my immediate family will ever purchase another KIA and I would never recommend smith Kia to anyone.
