My 2015 Cherokee had a problem starting. The team...

My 2015 Cherokee had a problem starting. The team (especially Marco) was very helpful. They held on to the car an extra night with my permission to make sure that when it was lying dormant it started quickly. I've been using this dealership for many years starting with my first grand cherokee, then liberty and now the 2015 cherokee. I love their cars, and their service department/Marco always is attentive and capable and does excellent work.

worse experience, waited over a week for an estimated car note, Leif johansson is a bad sales man. Stated I needed a co-signer, stated my credit was low, every time we spoke was an excuse. Guaranteed status approval and it was constantly delayed day by day, Every time we spoke there was an excuse, from the sales manager was to busy to get my figure's what kind of sales team is this I have been waiting a week so I took my business to Eastchester did not need a co-signer my credit was higher then what I was told by Mr. Johansson . same day service now i am driving in my 2021 Cherokee . Now Mr. Johansson has been blowing up my phone to work out a deal sorry buddy you suck as a sales men. Stay away from this dude!!!!!!!

There service department at this dealership does not...

There service department at this dealership does not understand what true customer service is. When called they do not answer the phone; all calls get sent to voicemail and are never returned. On the occasion when I was able to get through, they stated we will get back to you, but will not call you back. Not even the service manager has the courtesy to return calls. They refused to fix a warrantied item on my Jeep, I had to deal directly with the manufactured in order to have my Jeep fixed. They are not trustworthy so do not bother dealing with this dealership.

Service is incredible

I leased a truck from Ken Segal who was an excellent sales representative for both Ram and the dealership. The service provided was top notch and he will be the go to guy for me family here in out for vehicle purchases. Between his knowledge of the vehicles and his professional attitude he was first class and I have never encountered a better salesman, I also dealt with a Laurie Troilo that was also knowledgeable and exceptional , the dealership is a five star and should be the number one dealership in the state. I highly recommend this dealer in particular Kenny if you are searching for a vehicle either buying or leasing.

Beware of returne ease not being grounded on time

I thought I had a seamless experience with the return of my lease (2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited) until I received a notice from the bank that I leased through stating that I had a past due balance of $804. When I called Central Ave I was told that the car didn't get grounded until December when I returned in October! I was charged an extension fee for every day it was past due when I did my part and returned it on time! The worse part is that I overpaid the bank by one payment and they are holding my $450 because of the past due balance which I am NOT responsible for. Unfortunately the person I spoke with from this dealership said they would "handle it" and frankly sounded annoyed when I called to follow up. Here we are over a week later and the issue still hasn't been "handled" and I'm out $450. Cautionary tale when you return your lease make sure it gets grounded by this dealership on time or you'll be held accountable by your bank.
