    Working with the Vroom team equaled the best car buying experience ever for me. The online purchasing process was very straightforward and intuitive. The... customer service staff was amazing when I did need to call and ask a question.     This was my first experience with Vroom or anyone other than my local dealer. The process was painless and my car is gorgeous. Everything they advertised... it to be. I was updated and process explained thoroughly which helped ease my anxiety in purchasing online with such an important purchase.

    Vroom delivered on everything they said they would do. Delivery was longer than expected due to mechanical difficulties with carrier. Communication ... with driver and myself could have been better.

    First time buying a car online, vroom has made me a believer. My experience was smooth from start to delivery at home. All persons that I had contact with... were very professional and helpful. I feel they would go the extra steps to get it done. Vroom also gave me a reasonable price for my trade. I'm so happy with my price right Audi A4 Awesome !!     UPDATE: The broken lug bolt is actually the result of someone forcing aftermarket lug bolts of the wrong size. Turns out all of this damaged the hub... such that the whole thing needed to be replaced. So far this vehicle has cost ~$1k in repairs not covered by warranty. Dinging the quality another star and reducing the stars for cost as well. Contacted Vroom CS today and a ticket has been opened. More updates as they develop... ORIGINAL REVIEW: The tech supporting this enterprise is excellent and the interactions with the various departments was personable and efficient. The whole process took a little longer than expected but not having to interface with a sales person is more than worth it. The missing stars are for the quality of the vehicle shipped and the condition in which it arrived. As delivered it was filthy with road dirt/mud/what-have-you so the first order of business was to get it washed. It also shipped with a broken lug bolt, a sticky thermostat, and dirty AF air and cabin filters. The 90 day warranty covered the thermostat (less $50 deductible) the other repairs weren't covered and added an extra $500 to the cost of the vehicle. Other than that, the vehicle is great and exactly what I was looking for.

    Purchased a 2018Toyota Camry XSE V6 with 11,528 miles and upon delivery the car was as described. My first email to Vroom was on 12-25-18 and on 1-2-19,... the car was delivered. I highly recommend Vroom if you are looking for the best purchase price, car as represented and customer service.

    Vroom is the worst online dealer period. I tried to buy a 2017 vehicle but since they never responded to my application the vehicle was sold. I then attempted... to buy another vehicle but had to call them to get the process started to ensure I did not miss out again. This should have been a red flag but I gave them a chance. I have bought vehicles online prior so I have a good ideal how it is supposed to work. Luis from Vroom did what others failed to do and sent out the paperwork, make sure you double check because it was wrong prior to them sending it out so I called and had them fix it. I signed the next day and mailed back the same day. I got a email saying the deal was completed. I was told 14 days to get my vehicle due to "inspection". 2 days from the 14 days I get the vehicle. No calls, no emails nothing and worst when you call they act like its their vehicle still after you have put down a 6k+ deposit and signed the official papers + credit run. The vehicle was clean and full of gas as expected, but thats about it. The inspection is a cover for them to find time and money to ship your vehicle to you. I live in Dallas 4 hrs away from them and it took 12 days to get the vehicle. None of the reps know where your vehical is or when it will be delivered so do not bother calling. Biggest proof the inspection is a joke was there is a screw rolling around in the dash, the oil has NEVER been changed and the washer fluid had just enough to spray one time. Only luck for me was that the vehicle was so new it does not matter. No oil change sticker in the window either, yeah some inspection that took 12 days to complete. Also they will give you one key even though they do have a another as they send it to the lien holder. I will never ever go though this with them again. I care about whats going on with my money and and investment . Do not do it unless you are the pay it and forget it type. I called and followed up but they do not care once they have your money and your trade. They never returned my calls but did respond to email. The women who responded voiced that the oil was changed and washer fluid was full. The oil is brown and the fluid was empty. I sent pictures to prove it, she still tired to tell me it was clean oil. The customer is right is not a term that vroom has every heard of so you are on your own. Trust me do not consider the positive comments as it is VROOM making them. This is the truth from a regular joe that trusted them. This can and will happen to you. I did not go cheap and spent $40k with them. But its off to dealership with my week old car to get keys made, oil change and pay extra for them to locate the annoying screw in the dash. I would how ever recommend carvana as they are night and day to vroom. Carvana actually checks their cares prior to attempting to sell them. Also notice the responses vroom leaves below the negative reviews is the same dry message to everyone, this should prove to you they are no good and only respond to make it look like they care. Trust me I cannot tell you enough not to do it for your nerves sake. I hope this long long letter shows you what you need to know so you do not have to go through what I did.

    My husband purchased a 2015 dodge 1500 to be delivered on Christmas day. They failed to inform us the vehicle had a problem with the driving mechanism... due to the aftermarket lift that was put on it by the previous owner. We were told we would be reimbursed the $500 fee for inconvenience. Now we were told that would not be possible and they can only issue $100????? You'd think the vehicle would be inspected before they put it in the lot but these people are all incompetent!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and stay far away, it is not worth the stress.

    Vroom needs to take this constructive criticism! I didn't include it in my initial review but I had the same issue with the window sticker as the previous... reviewer. I needed "goo be gone", a razor blade, time and significant elbow grease to get all the adhesive off. Fortunately, I already had some of the goo remover. I also found out my wheel lock key is missing. I didn't even bother contacting them after their curt reply about the nav card. I ordered a new one for $15, so it's no big deal. I'll reiterate my first review, Vroom serves a purpose. If they have what you want and you have a little patience, it's convenient and they have great prices, but the customer service and the little details most are used to with dealer car buying are not there. I'm not trying to bash them, I'm just being honest to help out other buyers and let them know what to expect. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. I did a search today for similar cars and I definitely got a great deal.
