Anki is awesome.
Anki is awesome. He was very helpful throughout the purchase process -- from showing the vehicle, talking price, test drive, and the post-purchase process in handling the title. Will definitely recommend this dealership.

Worst experience ever!
Worst experience ever! I was mislead so many times including receiving a Carfax from this dealership, stating no accidents. This was false and they did not disclose the front and rear damage. I drove 200 miles to buy this vehicle and they couldn't be honest enough to disclose; ripped passenger seat, bald tires, drivers taillight smashed in, front bumper was smashed in then heated up and popped out, no license plate light, 2 bad tire pressure sensors, spare tire lugs were stripped out, many inside trim pieces were missing, the AC control are in metric! They also force you to buy a GPS locator “fee hidden in the paperwork” Be aware of their practices. They also don't return calls after you leave!

⚠️ BUYER BEWARE – GO ELSEWHERE!
⚠️ BUYER BEWARE – GO ELSEWHERE! ⚠️ I was shopping for a new Porsche and found a listing from Glenview Luxury Imports for one with under 100 miles. Though listed as used, CARFAX showed it came from a Porsche dealer auction. At first it seemed fine, but problems quickly followed. • Paint Issues: I purchased paint protection film (PPF) with my car, but the installation dragged on for over 1½ weeks with no updates. I was then told the paint peeled during application. Experts later confirmed the car had already been repainted—something the dealer never disclosed—likely to cover prior damage. • Dealer Denials: They denied any prior paint work despite most of the car being obviously repainted. The GM insisted they didn’t do it, but if Porsche did, their buyer failed to catch it. He admitted they wouldn’t have to disclose repainting, yet their own USED CAR RIDER says, “Any used vehicle may have had minor paint/body work.” This was far from minor. He even said new Aston Martins often need repainting and come with a manufacturer paint kit. • Communication & Runaround: They provided no updates on the car. I had to persistently call and text the salesman to get any information. The follow up calls and messages were incomplete and were used more to placate. • Resolution attempts: They offered “free tint” as a solution. When I suggested giving them $2K to walk away, the GM refused, saying my only option was to lose over $10K in depreciation, taxes, and fees to get out of the deal. The dealer tried to force me to waive my right to leave reviews in exchange for a PPF refund. When I refused, they denied the refund. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card, and while I eventually won, it took months because they fought it. Our experience: • Not transparent • Not honest • Poor communication • Did not honor their own contract Recommendation: If you’re in the market for a luxury vehicle – DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

A very pleasant experience working with Natalie while
A very pleasant experience working with Natalie while purchasing my first “online” purchase through her dealership. She was very prompt in responding to my many questions and along with Dimitri, were able to provide me an outstanding on my new vehicle. A fair price was initially provided and then “sweetened” the deal to make it even more attractive. Can’t really say enough about this experience.

I cannot say enough good things about the service
I cannot say enough good things about the service department. I had brought my car to another dealer who couldn't solve the problem. From my first moment on the phone with Gary, I felt like I was in good hands. It took a while to correct the issues the other dealer caused, but, it was worth it. I can't speak to their sale department, but, if they a half as good as their service department, they have a customer for life. Thank you guys!!!!
