Disappointing service. Tire rotation, alignment, wheel replacement. Returned the rear tires inflated to 30 psi. Highlander recommended tire pressure is 35 psi.

So when I dropped off my truck I had a small chip on the windshield directly in front of the drivers side. After the service it was a massive crack. They informed me that could have been caused by the impact gun or simply putting it on the lift and refused to take responsibility. What I don't understand is why "professionals" who do this every day did not inform me of the risk and give me the option to reschedule. Now instead of simply getting the chip filled I'm forced to pay hundreds of dollars to get a whole new windshield. This has killed any faith I had in the service department and I will not be returning.
