I have a problem that was not solved. About 2 weeks ago my XM radio showed and UNSUBCRIBED notice. I called SIRIUS XM and they sent a refresh signal.... The radio played for a while and showed the same notice again. All my SIRIUS XM accounts are up to date. I called SIRIUS XM again and discussed the problem. I had to really press them to get a solution and all they could do was send another refresh TEXT. SIRIUS XM informed me the problem was with the car satellite receiver not SIRIUS XM. I took the car to you on OCTOBER 6th 2018. A diagnostic was performed on the car and the radio was REFRESHED. This cost $100. The SIRIUS XM radio appeared to work. My wife left the dealer and went to a store. When she restarted the car the UNSUBSCRIBED notice showed up again. The problem is not fixed. In the entire US I find it hard to believe our OUTBACK is the only one that has this problem and neither SIRIUS XM or SUBARU knows the solution. I was told if it did not work we would have to buy a new RADIO. That is really unreasonable. I was asked several times if I bought an extended warranty. I did not. We purchased a SUBARU because of our research showing the car was very reliable. I do not purchase extended warranties. I expect my stuff to last. I need a solution to the problem. PLEASE HELP

This is my 2 nd SUBARU purchase from Ferguson’s in Broken Arrow.. They go way above the regular “maintenance schedule” every time.... They automatically go through all their check points, rotate my tires, and check my brakes. Then sit down and give me thee results, what’s coming up. This besides the oil change at a discounted rate. They even WASH my car! Amazing. Love my SUBARU and Ferguson’s. Shannon R

I believe wait time for an hour or more for a normal car oil change is too long. The design of the waiting area is nice but is too far away from pay out.... Poor designed.
This was by far the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. The salesman and the finance manager were both outstanding! We toured the facility... and one of the service writers took the time to introduce himself and talk about the service department. The facility is phenomenal. Ferguson Subaru is a class act!
