From the start it seemed ok. I've been looking for a particular model vehicle for over a month now, they just happened to have one. I went down to test... drive it on Tuesday. It was raining like crazy. The car was having used tires put on it, seriously. I was asked if I could come back. I went back Friday morning around 1030. The GM was the only one there. He gave me the keys so I could look at it. I asked if it's ok if I test drive it. He said no, we dont allow test drives here. WTH. I asked why not, I need to make sure it runs and drives ok. This idiot says, just look at it, if you like it, buy it, if not go away. At this point I'm pretty pissed off. What kind of customer service is this. I knew I wanted the vehicle, but was it worth this BS. I said look, let's make this easy. I'm a cash customer, do you want to sell me the car or not. He said yea, I guess. I said ok, get the paperwork started. He then says he cant, he doesn't know where the title is, and he doesn't feel like looking for it. I looked at him, said you have got to be kidding right. Im offering you cash for the price your asking, no haggling, and your going to sit there and be a lazy a$$ho!e like this. He said yes, I dont feel like doing paperwork today. I said wow, ok. I'm glad i saw your real side before i gave you my money. Your guaranteed sale is lost. No wonder this place is empty. He then trys to hand me his card, i took it, and dropped it in the garbage can in his office, turned and walked out. Worst ever dealership.
Everyone was cordial, courteous, polite, and professional. I was shopping for a specific car, make, color and model. They did not have the car I was... shopping for.
