After a very bad experience with a local dealer we took a chance with a truck we found online. Everyone there was very helpful. It was a very quick buying... experience, and we are highly satisfied with the deal and the truck. It was well worth the drive.
By far the best experience I ever had buying a car from a dealership. Every salesman was polite and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time... while there. Thank you Ken Ganley I will be back in 3 years when my lease is up (:
I had red flags after our sale the next day. the salesman wouldnt text or call me back, then they wouldnt give me any paperwork on their extended warranty... insurance we paid. Then we found out from the previous owner that there is another key for the car, because she saw our post on Facebook with the salesman with us by her old car she just traded in 72 hours later. The car sold to us had a lien still on it which is illegal (obviously)!!! Supposedly this happens alot as they said it does "when they flip cars so fast". We were in touch with the prior owner of the vehicle and she was getting calls from her bank about her car payment being late. The finance guy, Bryan, in used car sales hung up on me & blocked my number without even letting me speak or ask a question. I had numerous unreturned phone calls from the manager and finance department. All we wanted was our memo title so we could get our plates!!! It wasn't until we got the attorney general involved that they started to care and make things happen. So many excuses up until then. There are plenty of dealerships out there people. Take your business to someone who cares beyond the dollar sign!!!!
