    I took my 2018 C300 in for service; the process was extremely simple and painless. They even cleaned my car when the service was done. It looked brand... new again. I will definitely be going there again.

    this place is no different then any other mechanic shop anywhere. my 2017 Mercedes benz cla250 had an oil leak coming from the turbo, I took my car there... because it was still under the 50000 miles warranty. I asked the clerk how long would this process take and she told me I had to leave the car there and it wouldn't take more then 1-2 days. I called after the first and second day and I kept getting the run around and then it turned into 3-4 days. on the 4th day I went to pick up my car and when I arrived nobody knew any information about my car or whether or not it was safe to leave with. I arrived at 6:30pm and the dealership closes at 7pm, once I started showing concern a salesmen and a mechanic began questioning me and telling I needed to come back another time pick it up. once I was told that, I became upset and got the original clerk on the phone to tell me what was going on, she then stated she left at 6:30pm and I should have been there earlier (with out any notice). I then asked her several times after she tried upselling me, if my car was safe to leave while I was having the conversation on the phone with the clerk the salesmen began mocking me with another worker and the mechanic who nothing to do with anything told me I should call he police so I could pick up my own car. i asked the clerk on the phone again if my car was safe to leave and she said yes it was. i took my keys from them and left. about 4 days later i notice i have a coolant leak now coming from the same area, i open my hood and my engine cover is missing. i contact the dealership and they deny everything and tell me i have to pay whatever per hour to get the car diagnosed. ive never had to deal with anything like this before even from the crappiest of mechanics. i will never go there again or refer them to anyone.

    Really bad the " shop captain" didnt want to talk to us about our car because he was busy however, i looked through the small window they have that you... can see from the waiting area to the shop and he was just sitting down and talking to 4 techs. This is the worst experience in a MERCEDES DEALERSHIP Ever.

    Everyone at the dealership from the receptionist to the salesman, Jason Flores, were fantastic! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who... is currently looking for a new or certified used Mercedes. This dealership is 30 minutes from my house but I drove there because they had the particular certified used car that I wanted to purchase. After the outstanding service that I received, I will gladly drive the 30 minutes in the future for any and all my car buying needs.
