Welp, I understand delays can happen in terms of work, and I truly tried to understand you guys.(please remember the first month. I treated you guys gently)... Two months have passed from the date you guys told me it would be done, but the refund process was not complete. I tried to be nice but it got annoying from the time when no one has informed me of what has happened. If anything came up to your business, then you guys should let your customers know what has happened or the reason why it is delayed because your customers are just relying on what you guys said and just waiting for it. It is just manners in the business. If your friends owed your money and not telling you anything even if three months have passed? I’m pretty sure you will be pissed. It’s annoying when it happens among your friends. Even worse, it happened in the “business” at PNW Luxury cars. I’ve got a car plate number from you guys, and still the same information is saved according to the email I got from you, but a check was sent to a wrong address, and no clue where that is? No sense at all. I suggested other ideas several times like I’ll go pick it up in person, but I was told that it’s gonna be done within a week, but another month has passed. Still, there was no information at all about what has happened, what you guys have done, or what’s going on. I ended up picking it up in person tomorrow, but it is so annoying when I look at what they are doing. I swear to god, without a lie, I have called more than 20 times for three months. What’s been changed? Nothing. No one knows what’s happened. They just got annoyed when I asked them about the refund process. What they did was just handling the responsibility. Personally, I don’t understand their attitudes. It was so frustrating to deal with them. If there’s any lie on what I have written here, please tell me. I’m happy to correct what I mentioned wrong. I have emails, phone calling records and everything to prove that no one in PNW has reached me out but there is only phone calls and emails from me to PNW only. If you are the one who enjoys torturing yourself, I would recommend this shop. If you are a masochist, then it’s gonna be the right ticket for you!
Really had a good experience purchasing from PNW. To begin with the car The car was listed $1200-1800 less than all similar at local dealers. When we arrived... we were met by James and given all the time we wanted with the vehicle with no sales pressure. The vehicle was exactly as advertised online. I will definitely check back with these guys again next time I’m in the market for a used car.
Bronko, Zac and James gave me the exact car I was looking for and the dealership experience that everyone hopes for. All questions were honestly answered,... no pressure, and accommodating to several needs that I had as an out of town customer. They were focused on listening to my requests and making sure I got what I was looking for. Easily the best dealership experience I have encountered.
Bronko, Zac and James were fantastic! I was looking for an Acura MDX with an Advance package. They took the time to answer all of my questions and were... happy to get me additional information when requested. This was very helpful as I was an out of town customer from Portland. Not once did I ever feel pressured and their communication through phone calls, texts, and E-mail was excellent! They even stayed at the dealership in a blizzard and mailed back some items to me that I had left at the dealership. PNW Luxury was the best dealership experience I have had in 27 years of purchasing cars for myself!

I recently bought an Audi A6 from these guys and I was really surprised how easy the whole process was, from start to finish. When I first came in to check... out the car, the sales guys didn't attack me like most dealerships. They were really kind a helpful, they are also super laid back about test drives, which I loved! After I came back to buy the car, the process was really fast and simple. I also enjoyed working with the staff after I bought the car. I had some additional requests about some of the interior pieces, they agreed to help me out and fix all the things I asked them about! And they definitely don't cheap out on anything! Even on the small things, like replacing a simple MMI knob, they wont go to some cheap service center, they take it to a certified Audi Dealership, and that was really important to me because I was buying an expensive german car. Huge thanks to Thomas and Banko for being really responsive and helpful with all my requests!
