The sales person (Mrs.Childs) was excellent and is the only reason we went back. We went to purchase a vehicle. We started the process but the financial person (Mrs.Zeno)for Autonation was terrible. We sent Papers over in the morning (9 am) about 330 pm she finally calls but didn’t call the bank but us. I don’t have this paperwork , my wife had to run back to the bank. Then they didn’t have me on the paperwork which took her a day to add my name. The bank sent the check to them and we now we’re supposed to pick the vehicle on Saturday at 4 pm. We are pulling up to the location and they call us in the parking lot saying they don’t have the check( it was Fedx ). We gone inside and show them the email confirmation of the check( which was sent at 9am on Friday). The financial person does not take any responsibility for all miss ups. So we talk to fleet manager about the problem and he was like let me see what I can do to fix this. The fleet manager never came back over to us but he sent Mrs. Zeno over and all she said is we will have Mrs. Child’s bring it to you. Then they said they detailed the vehicle also, I went outside there was wax left all over the vehicle. I open the hood and it still had leaves and acorns inside. I said this is not detailed, this wiped over . I know I was buying older vehicle for my child but the response from management was the worst I have ever had. I would not purchase a vehicle from this location (Autonation Katy) ever. We concealed the purchase of vehicle. The worst management I have ever experienced in 55 yrs. Do not trust any Autonation because another in Houston also tried some shady stuff.

Manny was my sale associate and he was very helpful and friendly. No pressure at all. Everybody that I saw in the dealership was nice and friendly. Transaction was smooth.
