I reached Lui, Jordan and Jaime over email, text and phone. Theentore process was done remotely and Lui delivered the car to my house and I signed the papers. Awesome process

Can’t thank you enough for your special “family” experience! We’ve never experienced such a wonderful treatment at any other dealership when purchasing a vehicle in all our years of buying cars. Bruno was quite thorough in his showing us your available used inventory. The test drive was so impressive in the way the vehicle performed and the comfort we felt in the various settings of the seats. Certainly a BIG step up for us in the luxury of a vehicle. I don’t think we could GO BACK to any other vehicle from here!!! Having lunch brought in for us was extraordinarily unexpected; thanks to Johnny!!!!!!!!!!!!

Super impressive!!
I have been a loyal Lexus shopper since 2001 and have purchased from both Lexus of Tampa and Clearwater. Lexus of Wesley Chapel blows them out of the water. The dealership is state of the art. The service there is amazing. And the car buying experience is pain-free...super quick & easy. They’ve got my loyalty! I highly recommend Tim Smith for sales. Outstanding Review of a new Lexus Dealership
We called your dealership and were surprised - for a new dealership - that you actually had in stock the one little part we desperately needed for our 2002 Lexus. Heath Bradburn was our first contact on the phone and he turned out to be a most outstanding service rep for us. While waiting for our part to be installed, at our request, Heath introduced us to sales rep Bruno Santelli who was most gracious, accommodating and extremely professional in helping us use our waiting time to take a look at used and new cars. Bruno was thoroughly knowledgeable about the available inventory of both used and new vehicles on your lot and showed us several. His patience, kindness and advice were so appreciated on a large purchase, particularly when we only came in for service! By the end of the day, we decided to lease a 2018 Lexus RX350. Manager Albert White and Lily Do were both tremendously helpful to us as we made our selections. Vincent DeLaCruz, Technology Specialist, spent significant time with us to explain the new technologies and navigated our transition into the new vehicle. His knowledge and deft skill in getting us set up to best use the features on the car were so much appreciated. He was just amazing. We doubly appreciated Bruno accommodating our needs for having to leave on a trip: he brought the car to us the next day in record time before the trip. All in all, we cannot praise your new dealership enough for its extensive inventory of vehicles, pristine facilities, as well as the seamless service, management and team work that all your staff afforded us. Your staff really made us feel part of the Lexus family. We know we will be able to depend on your dealership for our needs in the future.

This is a new dealership with top notch personnel. From the minute you walk into the door you are pampered until you leave. Everyone is so concerned that you have an outstanding experience with their dealership. My sales rep was Bruno Santelli who I worked with previously at a different dealership.
