Routine Service

I came in for a routine service today. The dealership is beautiful and a very comfortable place to wait. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. Heath the service manager assigned to me, couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful! Everything was explained to me and I felt no pressure to add any extra services. They had me in and out very quickly! I will definitely be back!

A+ Dealership

Been a Lexus owner since 1991, I had become disillusioned with attitudes and service of “the other place”. I had decided my next car would not be. Lexus not because of the product! Because of the other dealer I had to deal with. Lexus of Wesley Chapel changed my mind. Service, amenities and staff are well-trained, professional! Grateful for this new dealership!

Futuristic car buying experience

The technology in this place is amazing. The staff was like the Ritz. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Lui was excellent answered all our questions. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Lui for a great sales concierge type experience.

Awesome quick service

Very pretty dealership, new and clean. Service was quite quick. And! there was free snacks and soda :) Will be back! Chris was very nice and courteous.

Great Experience

My husband and I recently went into the Lexus dealership in Wesley Chapel "just looking". We were greeted imediately and introduced to, Tim Smith a product expert ,to tell us more about the Lexus family of vehicles. As Tim went through explaining the features on the cars my husband and I went from just looking to very interested. We were in a vehicle that had a lot of negative equity. We knew that getting out of it would not be easy. We had pretty much resigned ourselves to the fact that we would need to keep it for a while longer before getting out of it. We explained our current vehicle situation to Tim and he did not pause or hesitate. He was up for the challenge, and that it was. My husband and I had a price point that we were willing to spend and we were not budging under any uncertain terms. Tim never flinched and let me just say we did not budge or flinch either. I explained to Tim that I would not be the person that sat in the dealership for hours while someone went back and forth with numbers that we already said would not work. Tim agreed that my husband and I would go to lunch and he would get back to us. Tim did get back to us and we got what we consider an unbelievable deal. We were able to get out of our other vehicle and our payment terms were met. If you are looking for a new vehicle and have some obstacles to climb with respect to your trade this is the place to go and Tim Smith is the man to ask for. If you are just looking to get into a new vehicle and be treated fairly and honestly this is the place to go and again Tim Smith is your man. My experience was positive from beginning to end. Also it helps a lot that this dealership is beautiful on the inside and they aim to please.

Excellent professional service

Jeanette was perfect, very thoughtful and on point. Both managers very polite. Good experience all around. As with any other car knowing which car you want and the price you want to pay really helped. They made the rest easy. Almost sign and drive I was in and out within an hour, car had to be detailed. L

Our first visit to Lexus of Wesley Chapel.

Went to this dealership for scheduled maintenance for our GS 350. We were very impressed as we approached the building and grounds. Met with Heath Bradburn the service adviser; extremely friendly, helpful and professional. He took us on a tour; the facility was impecible; spotless and the most customer friendly dealership we have been to. Brad introduced us to fellow team members, Mike Brockway, Randy Newbold and Lily Do, they were a pleasure to deal with. Although we have to drive a distance, it will become our new Lexus family home. The big surprise was that we wound up buying a new model.

The best automobile dealership I have ever experienced.
