I have been taking my 2008 Honda CR-V into Ray Laks for service since I purchased it new. The latest was for diagnostic for problems with warning lights... coming on and off and the "D" light (drive light indicator) flashing. They found an extra ordinary irregular problem with the main control module. Since I am on a very limited income as a retiree, they help me with the amount it cost for the diagnostic. Nevertheless ... when and IF I am ever able to purchase a new vehicle, it will be from Ray Laks Honda.

Joshua Liddy was my service coordinator for my last two service visits to Honda. I had a new service code come up on my dashboard. He was wonderful at... getting me in for service right away and testing my car to see what needed servicing. He also made arrangements for getting my extended warranty coverage on the required parts and service for the one day. He called me to let me know when my car was completed and was there to greet me and explain all of the services they completed. My car has been running super since it's last visit. The people who work in the service department at Ray Laks Honda are truly exceptional. From making an appointment to speaking with Kyle upon entering... the service department to the person who serviced my Honda Odyssey and his explanation of things to the woman who took payment for the service..each one of them were kind and friendly. They were ready when I got to the appointment, there was no waiting to get me in. And they handled the service in a timely manner! It really was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them!
