Satisfied customers

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from salesman Dan Parkman. Very professional and honest. We had a few concerns (some minor scratches and chipped paint) on the vehicle we were looking to purchase. Dan made a promise to have them fixed and the staff that detailed the car did an amazing job. Also, the service depart waiting room and it's amenities are pretty incredible!

Fun and Enjoyable Buying Experience!

I purchased a new 2016 Honda CRV EXL AWD from Frank Ancona Honda in Olathe, Kansas. I must say this was the most enjoyable and fun experience I have ever had buying a car. "Aggie" Lee was my salesperson. He was very professional and personable. He was patient and answered all my questions thoroughly and listened to my needs in a new car. He did not use any high pressure tactics that other dealers used and I trusted him. He made the whole experience seamless. He went above and beyond educating me on how to operate my new vehicle and arranging to drive my old car while I drove my new car back home. The dealership has an excellent service department and a lovely lounge for customers to wait with fresh fruit and baked goods as well a juices and coffee that are complimentary! Overall, I could not be happier!

Great dealership!! Straight forward and good emplyees

Knew the car I wanted from looking on the internet and our salesman, Sean, was great to work with. Not pushy, gave us time to think about our decision. You didnt have 3 people running over to you which seems to be the norm. The financing went smooth and quick. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and they could have done a better job cleaning it up. But yes I highly reccomend them.

Do not buy a used car from them.

I bought a used Ford Escape 2008, with 91,740 miles on it. I drove it for a week and noticed some items that were missed in the service inspection. I dropped it off on a Saturday morning, leaving the vehicle there for as long they needed it. I told them the left rear blinker was working only so often and the Tire Pressure Sensor light kept coming on even after I had checked the air pressures many times to find them at the recommended pressures. I also pointed out the wiper blades were worn and should be replaced. Needless to say, the said there was nothing wrong with the blinker, and the TPS was fixed with airing up the tires, I was told my tire pressure gauge must not be working correctly. The charge was 65.00 for two wiper blades to be installed. After driving the vehicle for 2 weeks, the TPS light came on again and the vehicle started to really pull to the left under heavy braking. Not wanting to go back to the dealer again, I stopped at the Tires Plus in Grandview, near my home, and had them check the why the TPS was coming on all the time. Come to find out the sensor was faulty and needed to be replaced. I had it replaced and when I picked up the vehicle the next day, I was told the sensor was loose inside the tire. Long story short I had to have the rotors replaced and a caliper replaced because the caliper froze in place and almost burned the tire because of the heat. I had the repairs done at Tires Plus again, because I did not to do any more damage to the front brakes. I called Honda Service to have this turned in as warranty work but, because I did not get prior authorization from the warranty to company they would not pay for any of the work I had done at tires plus. I think if the service department did a proper inspection of the vehicle I would not be out almost $800.00 in less than 3 months after buying this vehicle from them. I will not buy another used or new car from them and I am taking the dealer's name off both of my vehicles that I have purchased from them.

2015 Civic LX

Great Experience!

I had a great search and buying experience. Sean really helped me find just what I was looking for and made it a low pressure but enjoyable experience. I would reccomended him to anyone, but have already referred a family member who bought from him!!

New Honda Pilot

Purchased a 2016 Honda Pilot EX-L. The dealership was very nice and easy to work with finding a car. Our Salesperson Parker Christian was knowledgable and not pushy. One of the only times that we enjoyed working with a car salesperson. I would recommend Parker and Frank Ancona Honda to friends & family.

Great Experience

John Miller and the Finance Dept at Frank Ancona Honda was so easy to work with! They were fair with the deal and there were no hassles. John Miller wasn't pushy but was very responsive. Great experience overall.

Very helpful dealership

Car Buying

Called from a different state interested in a vehicle that wasn't available in our state and Auggie answered all our questions and made the process a whole lot easier. We came into the dealership and Auggie had all the papers ready to sign. He did a great job and was very patient.
