Sleazy sales practices at this dealership.
Sleazy sales practices at this dealership. The sales manager lied to me repeatedly while we were negotiating. Ricart was running a promotion - additional $3500 above KBB fair market value on your trade in. I had a trade in that was in excellent condition - 3 years old, low mileage, not a scratch inside or out. The salesman said the promotion means "$3500 over the value of your trade in if it was in fair condition". He said that 5 different times. It was the most creative lie I have ever heard in an auto dealership.

DROPPED OFF VEHICLE FOR MY CLUTCH FLUID REPLACEMENT LAST
DROPPED OFF VEHICLE FOR MY CLUTCH FLUID REPLACEMENT LAST WEEK. THIS SERVICE WAS DUE AT 2 YEARS OR 22,500 MILES. NOBODY TRIED TO SELL ME THIS SERVICE. AT 3 YEARS AND 36,000 MILES I REQUESTED THIS SERVICE. INSTEAD I WAS CHARGED FOR TRANSMISSION FLUID REPLACEMENT. TOOK VEHICLE BACK TO RICART HYUNDAI SERVICE. REQUESTED THEM TO DO CLUTCH FLUID AGAIN BECAUSE THEY DID TRANSMISSION FLUID INSTEAD OF CLUTCH FLUID. WAS CHARGED FOR CLUTCH FLUID REPLACEMENT. SERVICE WRITERS ARE NICE, BUT NOBODY NOT EVEN THEIR HYUNDAI CERTIFIED TECH SEAMS TO KNOW THAT THE DUAL CLUTCH FLUID IS SUPPOSED TO BE REPLACED AT 22,500 OR WHAT IT IS. SO UNFORTUNATELY I HAD TO PAY 2 TIMES FOR 1 SERVICE. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH RICART'S SERVICE TECHS.

Waited 1 hour 45 minutes before being told paper work
Waited 1 hour 45 minutes before being told paper work lost and did not start working on car for routine service with appointment made ahead of time. 2.5 hour wait for oil change with appointment!!

These people due great work!
After my Hyundai was stolen then recovered the ignition switch and steering column needed replaced/repaired. My contact/service tech, Craig, worked with the insurance company. The parts were ordered and received much quicker than was expected. The repairs were completed within 2 days. It looks and runs like brand new. They even cleaned the interior due to the thieves having smoked in it and making a mess with ashes.

Genesis Damages
I called and spoke to some really old dude Rick longwell he was very rude and disrespectful very unprofessional. When I picked my car up from having an oil change and recall fixed, I noticed they damaged my windshield so I called and tried to speak to a manager but i got the rudest disrespectful person that i have ever spoken with he was laughing at me on the phone speaking horrible to me, not to sound rude but he seems too old to be in the customer service because he is very rude. The damage my windshield, they didn't change my oil and the recalled part they didn't even fix they just inspected it and said it was ok , but I'm sure they charge Hyundai for that new part they didn't put on my car.

The service in the new building was Awesome.
The service in the new building was Awesome. In the past I would wait approximately and 1 1/2 but in the new building it took 30 minutes. The new building was very clean and the staff was very professional. I love my visit and one happy customer.

Poor customer service and how misleading information was given during my experience. On the plus side the last during the shuttle was overly informative and understanding of my concern.
