The first part of the process is great. You can easily find the car you want and an immediate trade-in value for your car. The actual purchasing process is MUCH rougher than it should be, and the people are inept. I pulled my $42k sale (that had already been approved) because there were so many serious red flags. Even my bank laughed at them on the phone because they were so epically inept. A quick poll of social media friends told me that almost everyone has had the same horrible experience.

I want to share my great experience with Carvana. I called Carvana and spoke to Danielle and she was very professional and patient with me. She gave a quote for my car and we called my bank for the payoff and it was just that easy.I called back because I had more questions about setting up my account and I spoke to Ciera. She stayed on the phone with and told me step by everything I needed to do set up my account. She too was very patient and detailed. She got me an approval same day. I also got a follow-up call to ensure I was satisfied with the service. Two days later I scheduled a pickup for my car. Mario arrived on time for my pickup. He was organized, went over the paperwork with me, and the check list of things he needed to complete the transaction. He was polite. I was 15 minutes late because of traffic but he waited and he was very understanding. I can't say enough about my experience with Carvana and the great staff that they have working there. I impressed and very satisfied with the service. I strongly recommend Carvana for any body who wants to buy or sale.

Vehicle Destroyed in Transit
Bought at a great price (too good to be true) a 2016 Buick Encore Premium. Completed all paperwork, bank details..etc. The night before delivery I got a text saying the vehicle was destroyed in transit (delivery), burned! Same vehicle offered for sale next day $800 higher...Don't trust Carvana.
