    I would recommend this place to anyone. David Jones, Creighton, and their supervisor John are the best car salesmen and finance managers I have ever met.... Took my aunt to get a car also referred a friend a week ago and both walked away with a vehicle. I do not go anywhere besides this place to get a vehicle. They make the experience fun, easy, and quick. Thank you David and crew for such a great experience!

    The professionalism lacks completely. The service department personnel is so non customer oriented the fact I set an appointment to get my vehicle looked... at far and above allowing time to get a simple diagnosis on a charging issue on a new vehicle purchase from this place one month after the fact in the three days they had it they did not have a tech available hmm but of course they did send truck out for hitch they owed that took all day to install and further more sales wouldn’t answer a call for three days on a flaw/ding in door that was hidden and rushed over during delivery I suggest you shop at least a better dealership this experience has been awful and the time I spent setting appointment lost along with two days wages. Now I have to find someone to fix the flaw in a new truck that by the way I have a waste of money warranty for.

    I can personally say that I had an amazing experience while my car was being serviced. I had a recall on my 2012 Chrysler 300. When I entered the facility... I was greeted with a warm smile by the supervisor Fred. He took out the time to fill out my paperwork because his colleague Eathan was busy. Fred answered my questions and made me feel comfortable about a Remedy for the recalls. Since I had two recalls the could take up to four hours Fred and Ethan offered me a ride back home. Fortunately my mom was there, but I took them up on their offer to pick me up. Once my vehicle was finished Ethan made sure I had transportation to pick up my car. My experience was VIP all the way, thanks guys.

    I just needed a recall fixed, but it was so nice being able to get it done in town. They fixed the recall faster than they told me they would, then also... cleaned the Jeep and alerted me to some problems they noticed that I wouldn't have known about but didn't pressure me to fix right away

    Fantastic, I was impressed the entire time. From chatting about options, quick and courteous responses. To showing of the vehicle no games or gimmics just... honest answers. And the finance department was just as informative and precise as you could hope for. Will always do business with them for my vehicles.     First off, I feel that it important to note I did get a decent deal on the vehicle I purchased, but the process was terrible and flawed. The same day... I made sure to take off any dealer advertising which I have never done over the years of purchasing 3 new vehicles. For starters, the vehicle I purchased was listed as damage free, 13xxx miles, and $31k. After an hour of negotiating I was only able to get the price down $1k after pointing out thousands of dollars of hail damage which was not listed; a broken tail light which was not listed; a prior front end accident which bent the bumper, removed paint, bent the quarter panel, cracked that paint, and a broken fog light and cover. I also think it is important to know the salesman didn't have a clue what he was talking about when it came to anything with the vehicle. I can understand having to know so many vehicles but constantly referring to my vehicle having a diesel engine over a gas engine is quite the difference. At least for me it was. After moving on to financing I was lied too about the price and stipulations of my warranty. The financial person lied directly to my face about the getting the warranty down to $350 which I discovered when signing the final papers and asking why my total price went up an additional $2500. I was also told the incorrect stipulations on a "$25" 5 year tire and wheel warranty on three separate occasions. With all that, I dropped the warranty. During this head ache of a process I had to ask several people to fill the tires which were significantly under filled. All were 10 psi under the door recommendation, which is apparently part of there multi point vehicle inspection which happens prior to sales. I also had to asked them to wash and vac the vehicle and floormats as it was covered in salt from previous test drives, and I mean covered. They never did vacuum it and made sure to leave the floor mats in the bed untouched. I also asked the salesman for a service history report which he said I would receive from the finance department and never did. All in all I spent $30k on a 2017 vehicle with 13xxx miles and they wouldn't even give me (refused to give me) the vehicle with a full tank of gas (per the sales manager). I will make a note to never return and will inform all friends to steer clear from Edwards CDJRF as all departments failed miserably. I wouldn't be surprised if I don't receive any contact from them after leaving this review as I was unable to contact them or their call center via phone over an entire day, from multiple phones, in multiple locations! Steer clear of Edwards CDJRF Council Bluffs.

    This was the best experience ever in a car dealership! The sales team are on point. The financial director David Jones can work miracles. This is our second... vehicle we have purchased from David Jones. He treats you like family.
