Had my Jeep towed in on a Saturday because service light come on and Jeep wouldn’t move. Took them til Friday to even look at it and then Chase the service advisor Didn’t call me back after talking to him and leaving message to call me. Called again Saturday morning to get only an oil change guy who couldn’t tell me anything so have to wait til Monday now. Called again Monday morning and they explained to me they called find anything wrong with the Jeep while they drove it. Which is weird because it would even move when we had it towed in. So it took them over a week to tell me nothing was wrong with the Jeep
Total lack of trust in the service dept
Brought my car in for warranty work. The one broken part was replace but they did not complete other required work after the broken part was replaced. When I got home I found another damaged part that should have been easily caught while it was there. Took back for them to complete the first job and do the second. After I got back again I immediately began to have more issues. I returned the car and they told me trans needs clutch rebuilt. Service rep did not know it was cvt and couldn’t be rebuilt at shop. I decided to sell the car for almost nothing just to find out the limited slip system had failed. By pulling 1 fuse it drove perfect. I thought I had found a local dealer to use for my repairs but I would not trust them to air up my tires.
Customer service is ok but unfortunately car service sucks! I took my jeep in for an unknown leak. They supposedly found the leak, went through my warranty to cover parts and labor, told me it would be a 6-7 hour job, I took it in, they ended up keeping it over night, got it back the next day car still leaked! Called them, took it back a few days later hoping they could redeem themselves you know, mistakes happen, they tell me its a different leak and once again "order parts". Repeat its a 6-7 hour job but once again I had to pick it up the next day🤷🏾♀️ No biggie but to recieve the car with my emergency hazard lights not working(they worked prior) and peep this....the car still leaks!!!!!!! Took it back only for them to "connect" the emergency lights, told them of my frustrations, "sorry" is really all i got, now my car has been there 3 times total, paid deductible and still leaking😡 Highly not reccomended!

Salesman had no knowledge about the vehicle they were selling. It seemed like they didn't want to acknowledge any defects in the vehicle and they gave multiple false information regarding the warranty (which I'm doubtful they will stand by).

I purchased a new Ram 2500 from this dealership I thought everything was great 37 days in and no paperwork to get license plates I called 9 times and would either get hung up or disconnected I was told the dmv had when I went to dmv they had nothing at 43 days had not heard nothing when I went to the dealership the finance director berated me and called my wife and I a liar in front of people and informed me had had 45 days by law if this is how you treat customers I will not ever buy or have any service work done at any edwards dealership he even informed me if I leave the truck there until I get license plates he will have it repossessed I put $11,000 down and paid the payment that did not matter to him . There was only one person who actually cared Kurt Dado to bad more are not like kurt
Very satisfied with the Dealership and people at Edwards Council Bluffs. Everything was as they said it would be from sales to service. I would definitely recommend to others.
I actually had to take my Jeep to the Nissan side of Edwards because the Jeep service department is completely rude. They do not try to help the customer. They even treated the Nissan side of service poorly and they work for the same company. When you question them and their work they freak out and tell you to take it somewhere else then when you do they become ruder. We purchased an extended warranty and that was crap cause it does not cover a xxxx thing and Jeep Service thinks it’s funny. Back to Woodhouse !!!

this company as a whole is crooked. they sold me a hummer h2 with no oil in it. lied to me about the check engine light,said it was the gas cap. got the hummer home. engine blew 2 days later. local mechanic told me the hummer hasn't had oil in it for a very long time.was lucky to get it home. called Edwards and was promptly told."thats your problem not ours" . now i have no hummer, they have my trade and 500 dollars.plus the money they got from the loan. i get bad credit. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE
