Besides selling me a lemon car...4-5 hour wait for a loaner car. 1-2 month wait for appointment. Multiple problems. Engine cuts out in traffic, roof pillar... peeling off, steering wheel color coming off, infotainment system freezing. No help whatsoever from anyone!!!

I ask a specific question online, and received a generic reply asking to stop in for a test drive. Because I live over 500 miles away, I wanted my question... answered. I submitted my question again, and am still waiting for a reply 10 days later. Online marketing could be improved!
