I traveled from Virginia specifically to purchase a pre-owned BMW I4, and I can confidently affirm that the journey was completely justified. Ameer, the sales representative, impressed me with his amiable demeanor and deep understanding of the car's history. He was particularly candid about its prior condition, enabling me to fully grasp the investment's safety and lack of hidden drawbacks. The process of completing the financial transaction was seamless, and the entire experience was thoroughly enjoyable.

Absolutely Horrible. I was ready to buy a New Tundra. I did my homework and it was exactly what I wanted! I then went by the dealership to test drive it and to see what I might be able to get for my trade. I provided the pay-off mileage and left it behind as I drove the new truck to be appraised. I mean, I was ready to make a deal. The easiest customer a salesmen could ever have. (btw- I never leave reviews but just had to on this) With my job, I buy new vehicles every other year. Needless to say, I know the process! ;) Thats when it went so far south. My salesman name was Reese. He was absolutely horrible and as rude and arrogant as they come. He refused to go over numbers with me wouldn't send me an estimate unless I completed the application for financing. I did give him an idea as to what my score is. Its well over 750 but he refused to give me any numbers. I told him that he had the price of the vehicle, an appraisal, my score, and even my complete pay-off for that day as well. Absolutely everything one would need to put together an estimate. I explained that I understood it was only an estimate and that i understood its not final but did want at least an idea of what we were looking like. Thats certainly not asking too much considering the transaction size, importance and needless to say " a credit hit"! He continued to say he would not do a thing unless I filled out an app. I (one more time) asked for an estimate and he still refused to give me one. Needless to say, I walked away and will NEVER step back in there again!! Not as long as people like him are servicing valued customers. My experience was horrific to say the least!! Lastly, he did say that the vehicles there are classified as "Lemons" but there is nothing wrong with them. I guess that's why they have New Cars but they are not an OEM dealer for anyone. IDK?? Avoid this place and especially Reese!!!

The Drive a Dream dealership made the purchase of my new Infinity very easy. I found the car online and the price was great. When I spoke with the salesman and manager they explained the process clearly, got my trade value calculated and negotiated fairly with me. With the paperwork handled through email they had my new car delivered and picked up my trade. Easiest car purchase I ever made and I love my new car!

Outstanding people that will make sure your car is in perfect shape and make sure the customer is happy. The best experience I've ever had at a dealership. I bought a 2021 vehicle from Drive a Dream in January 2024. The process was smooth if a bit slow, but they explained everything and got me a good deal on the vehicle. I had it checked out, which Drive a Dream fixed as requested. However, after taking the car home, I noticed a warning sign that had been on for a few days. I took it to the manufacturer dealership, and they quoted me $4,500 to fix this part, saying it was not advised to drive the vehicle before it was fixed. I called Drive a Dream, and they took car of fixing the car for no additional cost. They really stepped up when they didn't have to in order to make sure I was fully satisfied with my new car. Steve is the man, and Basim will take excellent care of you. I cannot recommend Drive a Dream enough.

(Ameer has been wonderful to work with and been so helpful and patient with me. He even got Sal to contact me with some concerns I had. I hope the car I purchased is as great as Ameer and Sal).
