Mercedes-Benz of Covington Hours
The level of customer service here is absolutely horrible. Firstly, I brought in my 2018 Mercedes to have the drivers side window fixed that another dealership... did not fix correctly. MB of Covington gave me a loaner. They had my car for two weeks. Myself and MB of Covington went round and round with the other dealership about getting them to repair it at their cost. While I had the loaner, MB of Covington told me that they would charge me for the loaner. I told them I would not pay for a loaner while my car was in service. They then sent a bill to the other dealership for the loaner of $100 a day. Absurd! Two weeks later, I picked up my car. The window is STILL NOT FIXED CORRECTLY! When I’m driving, I can here the wind. Clearly you can see the window is either too small or not installed correctly as there is a huge gap between the window and the stripping. MB of Covington is saying that it’s not there fault and refuse to fix it. I have called several times, leaving voice messages as well as text messages and the service advisor refuses to return my calls. Three weeks later, they ran my credit card for a deductible for something unrelated to the window without my knowledge or calling to tell me. Beware of MB of Covington!
