TJ and I met a year earlier and he periodically sent me information on cars that were available. When the time was right, my wife and I went to him and... he got us the right car for a great price. Terrific person and a genuinely trustworthy man.
They wasted my time and all efforts to buy a car. We agreed on price and i offered deposit since i am out of state. They told me word of mouth is enough.... It took them another day to get me an application. Which i send promptly back. There after some more information was requested and i provided that as well. But no confirmation on approval. I kept offering them deposit and they weren't willing to take deposit. I was quiet suspicious about that. Finally, after several calls and texts sales man replied that care is sold. this was 3 days later. His answer, car was sold 6 days ago but other salesman forgot to mark it sold but customer came and pick up just now. My salesman confirmed just 2 days ago that he went and look at car and it is free of any damages. I can clearly see how they have dealt with me that finance/sales didn't have experience selling car to out of state customer. They didn't try to find a way. Instead they sold the care to local walk in. During this process i lost other potential car of my choice as well and i told this salesman to take a deposit from me but he refused. I can clearly see this as discrimination towards out of state customer. There after i have spoken to salesman and sales manager and asked about my application status and if my credit was pulled. They have yet to answer that. It is about 6 days now. I have spoke to attorney and i will see what are my options. They have wasted my time. I didn't expect this from MB dealership.
Tim made buying a car so easy with excellent customer service, prompt communication with any inquiries and getting us through the process as smooth as... possible. Also, thanks to Mahmoud for guiding us through the paperwork and getting it all finalized. Overall, great team and amazing customer service. Highly recommend.

I bought a GLA250 2015 right after they came out from this guys after trading my paid off GLK 350 , and of course customer service has to be great coz... they r making a good deal , now my car is only 3 years old , my husband and I were going to New York about 3 months ago at 5 am car overheated we just couldn???t believe it we had to tow it back to our house so I called this guys to see what was the problem and the lady on the phone said ohh it???s the waterpump they very common on this cars , I was like what excuse me!!! If it???s very common this car shouldn???t be at the market at all or at least do some recalls to fix the issue they asked me 1325$ to get it going anyways I had to do it and fight for the price they gave me some discount now about a week ago I needed oil change I went there for oil change they charged me 120$ as usual they didn???t reset the oil light I paid my fees and left after two days I saw on my dashboard service due for oil change and the oil change supposed to last 10 k miles so I called three times left voice mails that they didn???t reset the oil light not even a call back or something so I today I drove there with my receipt for the oil change asking to reset my light they were so rude to me and they didn???t wanna reset the light justifying this by I didn???t do service so no money today for them no need to take a look at my car after fighting and yelling they decided to do it acting they are doing me a favor and he said I won???t do it again !!really!!! Business must be very good to treat a regular customer like this rip off rip off rip off that???s how I feel now and by the way I use to love Mercedes brand this guys made me hate never now I am thinking to sell it right now and buy a Toyota or Honda. And by the way it???s by the law the have to reset the oil light in order for me to know when I am due for oil change
Dear Kasia1977, As you stated your GLA250, and every Mercedes-Benz, is due for servicing every 10,000 miles or one year, whichever comes first. Those ...maintenance services have specific requirements from Mercedes-Benz. They are not just oil changes. When we perform a 10k, 20k, etc. service we reset the service indicator after completion. Per Mercedes-Benz that is the only time we reset it. You opted not to do the maintenance service. In that case we are not supposed to reset it. Our team member put it in for a reset only after submitting to your insistence. It¿¿¿s not right that he was forced to; that¿¿¿s a really difficult position to place somebody in. In regards to the water pump sorry you experienced a problem. We have experienced a few failures although it¿¿¿s for from common. However we understand it¿¿¿s never fun to have to spend your hard earned money on car repairs. I can assure you we¿¿¿re an excellent dealership with a team focused on our clients and doing things right. TJ was so helpful I Purchased the car realized after I purchased it it was not the car for me they helped me out to get in and get exactly what I wanted... the process was quick and painless I would recommend TJ and this dealership to everyone looking for a Mercedes. Excellent experience from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was a joy to speak with. The entire process was as I expected and any waiting time... was made much easier by their in store cafe and nail bar.
