I always have a good experience when I go to Jim Ellis Kia! The Service Department is Great! I have never had to wait longer than promised unless there was a problem that came up that I was unaware of. Even then they kept me uniformed on the progress.

Salesman, Kevin, was amazing!

Salesman, Kevin, was amazing! Finance salesman kept pushing additional services even though I told him the max amount I was able to pay per month so it took a lot longer than it should have to finalize the contract.

I love coming to get my car serviced because of the excellent service from your employee, Camille Williams. She takes such good care of all my needs and makes me feel “at home” when I am there. I have a Kia dealer closer to my home than Kennesaw, but I had much rather drive farther and receive the kind of service I get from Camille and the other staff at Jim Ellis Kia.
