Excellent customer service

Jason at Jim Ellis KIA of Kennesaw is a class act. From our first conversation to the last, he assisted me with compassion & professionalism every step of the way. My only set of smart keys slid off the hood of my sorento while my husband was traveling. Jason worked with me to secure the most competitive pricing to order a new set (didn’t blink when I found the smart fob & cancelled the spare order), secured a rental for me to drive my kids to/from school during the wait, caught & repaired several outstanding recalls on my vehicle, advised me of a few recommended repairs & in general, just made my experience positive & smooth. Jason won my trust by communicating clearly, my business by his flexibility & kindness. He works hard to satisfy customers & it’s evident he cares. I’ll be returning to this dealership for future maintenance thanks to him. 10 stars out of 5!

Great Experience

I was greeted at the door by a team of technicians. Welcomed into the lobby. My service advisor was amazing, professional, and informative. I will definitely be back

What’s the point of an appointment?

Had an appointment at 10am, grant it I got there at 10:07 am service not completed until 12:23pm for an oil change and tire rotations. Was told the service would take an hour. Thought that was long, but decided to suck it up. But almost 2/12 half hours is ridiculous. The only good thing was Diana had a great personality. It would be nice to honor appointments or be honest if they cannot. Everyone hates to wait.

Friendly - fast - comfortable !

I came in to have my first oil changed, after I bought my first car through Kia of Kennesaw & I had a great experience with maintenance just as I did with the sale of my car! Super quick, very thorough, even the mechanic came out to talk with me to let me know how everything was going & How it’s going ! The waiting room was comfortable & I was greated by many just to make sure I was okay & how I was doing ! Love it. Best experience for a first time car buyer for a big purchase like this & be happy!

Always a pleasant experience

I purchased my Kia Sorento in 2016 at the dealership on Thornton Road and had been receiving service at that location. I brought my vehicle in at Jim Ellis one day and have been a loyal customer since then. The customer service is top notch. All the service advisers are courteous and make you feel very welcome.

Good Experience, very attentive

Overall, good experience. Had service done on a Saturday. Very busy, but staff was very nice and very attentive. Very customer service dealership which is always a good thing
