We bought a certified preowned BMW. Everything was great with our salesman (Mario)up to the time we went and sat in his office . We specifically stated throughout the whole process we wanted 60 months at a 1.9 % CPO rate through BMW Financial. We go to the finance office and meet Betty, she tells us the rate is 4.2%,72 months (US BANK)she said the CPO rate was 3.99% what was an outright lie. We take delivery. We come in the second time the next morning and talk to Mark Lyon (sales manager) he says we have to pay one point over at 2.99% to BMW financial, because they have to mark it up to make money on the finance. We sign the new papers... we go home find out it’s still through US Bank not BMW financial. They finally submit the application in the BMW financial and it was approved for a 1.9% for 60 months. We come in to sign for the third time and they said no it’s got to be 2.90% because they won’t make any money at 1.90% so we sign the papers for the third time… They also said if you pay it off early there’s a penalty and there is not a penalty, you can pay it off anytime. Betty(finance MGR) lied to us Repeatedly, and was very unprofessional. She would talk over us and deflect the real truth. I am a 25-year-old that worked hard to get an 830 credit score and went in there to get rewarded by getting a 1.9% and turned out to be disrespected and blatantly outright lied to by Betty. I also had to be late for work two days in a row, to come in and re-sign papers. I give credit to where credit is due: Mario (salesman) was great and Alfonso (used car manager) was very professional. Jillian did a fantastic job explaining all the features, warranty and maintenance.

I purchased my 330I from Michelle and it was by far the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. I left the dealership feeling like I have known her for years and her personality is infectious. In finance I had the pleasure of working with Betty who explained all of my warranty options and which ones worked best for me and my driving habits.

These Guys are Jokers!!!
They're misleading and like to pressure buyers. They will also try to up your interest rate for kickbacks! I received 4 emails from different people in response to an inquiry.

i buy cars regularly. I found a car I liked on line. Was able to quickly negotiate a deal on line....drove in....and was a fast and easy experience. This dealership is GREAT. They know what they are doing. Treat the customer like a king.

I have been shopping for an x7 for a couple of months. This dealer when contacted on line, but me a great deal. And the deal was put together on line. And the car was waiting for me when I arrived. They treated me like a king and the process was so easy ...it was like walking in the front door and 60 minutes later driving away....all done...all easy. VERY pleased...Highly recommend Mario !!!
all about the money
I called this dealership to inquire about a used vehicle and ultimately offer them a price that I was willing to pay and they countered my price with a higher price than they originally had advertised and denied their advertised price which I sent to them via a screenshot, then got no response. later on that day looked and the price was raised on all websites they are advertising the car. I would be very careful when dealing with this dealership if dealing with them at all which I would recommend you don't they are all about taking as much money as they can from you STAY AWAY
I worked with Justin and Skylar and drove in from upstate NY. They were honest and upfront about the entire process. The car was just as advertised. After the purchase Skylar took the time to show me every button and function available in the car. I have already recommended their dealership to my friends.

Slow and nonchalant
Ok I do not write many reviews but I am inclined to take a few minutes to let people know about my experience. I was looking and test drove a used car that was priced around 15,000. Drive went well and told them it had a few noticeable issues and said I would buy it if they fixed them. Well after over 24 hours I get a call stating they aligned the car and a rim was bent and it would be there the next day. Making a long story short it just seems like unless you are spending big money you are pushed aside. The finance lady never called me back when she said she would that night and never got a call until close to 3pm the next day. The excuse was that the computer was spinning and it took like 12 hours to get financing on a person that has over a 800 dollar FICO score. I drove almost 2 hours one way to drive that car and was seriously interested and going to buy it but the nonchalant and slow response time is inexcusable in my opinion. I bet if I was spending 50,000 I might have been more important. Akron BMW get it right please. Thank You
I am truly sorry you did not have a superb experience. We can drop the ball and we humbly will admit to doing so. Our service department is top notch and we stay busy, however we are efficient and thorough. No matter matter what we treat EVERY customer with the utmost respect and courtesy whether they are spending money with us or not. Our philosophy is about CONNECTION - with EVERY person. Everything else follows. I understand your frustrations, and you have every right to feel how you do. I hope we have mended our relationship with you and have come to an understanding.
